I fucking hate her, Bakugou thinks to himself as his mother drives down the road. Of course, Bakugou does not really hate his mum, but he does hate her decision. She is taking him to U.A. Academy, where he is going to start school at, and as a new student.
"You are too smart for that school! You get perfect As, all the time, and it is about time your intelligence is not wasted!" there she said, with a grin and thumbs up.
This is going to be a pain in the ass…
Of course Bakugou’s mum knew he was upset, so she got him new school supplies: a red Kanken, a red binder (that can fit literally everything he needs, excluding textbooks), some red smear-free highlighters, some cool pencils that say, “professional giver of no fucks,” a black pencil sharpener, a huge eraser saying, “for big mistakes,” and some really nice pens of black, blue, and red. Besides school supplies, he also got an iPhone 8 and Skullcandy Hesh, a pair of headphones he has wanted for weeks. He is very happy with these school supplies, and although still mad about going to a new and harder school, he can find reason for forgive her with that.
At least she is not forcing me to go to this school without some decent headphones.
"Bakugou!"
"Why the fuck are you yelling at me now?!"
"I practically said your name a million times!"
"Then fucking tap me on the shoulder!”
“I am driving!”
Bakugou sighs. “Whatever…”
She sighs, feeling a little awkward. “Are you excited?”
“Nope.”
“Not even a little?”
“Well, the new stuff makes up for it.”
“That is the answer I was looking for.” She smiles to herself.
“So, what are you listening to with those new headphones of yours?”
“Papa Roach.”
“Hey, I loved Papa Roach when I was your age! What song is it?” That is when the song reached its climax.
“Getting away with murder.”
“Plug in the aux cord!” Bakugou chuckles, and connects hid phone to the radio. After listening to music for the whole ride, they are finally out of the car. I swear, I felt my ass sweat, and way too well, he thinks to himself, that is before Bakugou’s mum turns to him with a mixed look on her face.
"Uh, I do not really know what to say, so..." Bakugou then hugs her.
"I love you, mom." She hugs him back.
"I love you too, even though you are the most spoiled brat in the world."
"Hey!"
"Well-" she pulls out a folded piece of paper from her purse, "- here is the map of the school, and here is where you are right now," she puts a small dot on the paper.
"Thanks, but I know how to navigate on my own."
"Well, just in case." She kisses me on the cheek.
"See you on FaceTime, love you!"
"Love you too." She then drives off, leaving Bakugou to find his way to the boys’ dorm.
Bakugou wanders aimlessly, trying to find the dorms without help from the map. After 30 minutes, he, hesitantly, uses the map to get himself there. Upon entrance, he sees what you would see at the entrance of a hotel. A desk, with a front desk clerk.
"Hi, I am Bakugou Katsuki, mat I have my key for my room?" She smiles and asks him, "may you please repeat your name and year? I did not get it the first time."
"Bakugou Katsuki, 1st year."
"Okay…” she pulls out a draw and, aftsr a second, hands him an eletronic key, the white rectangle ones you get at hotels.
"Here you go! Have a nice day, sir."
In a low tone, he replies, "you too."
He looks and on the keys, they say his name, grade, and room number. Using this, he arrives at his room and knocks, hoping someone is in there, so he does not have to open the door himself. Luckily, a cheerful voice replies.
"Coming!" He hears the rushed footsteps and the turning of the doorknob. There, he sees a boy with noticeable red, spiked hair.
"Hey, my name is Kirishima Eijirou!"
