Yes, as the title said. It's a Hobi fanart for his special day uwu.
I actually left this as a WIP (work in progress) for almost a month. (this proves how much a lazy ass I am lmao) And I rushed this art an hour before Hobi's birthday. Korea is an hour advance from our time zone so it's technically 2 hours before tomorrow comes and this also explain the lazzily done flower crown and background :')
