CHAPTER 3
That night I got as dolled up as I could, know that I would see Harry again, and have to make a good impression on Juleah and the boys.
I took a shower, styled my hair in long loose curls, and put on my makeup. I put my IPhone on shuffle as I played Demi lovato, dancing around my suite like a crazy fourteen year old.
I put on a short coral strapless Betsy Johnson dress, my mini-white blazer, and my sparkly white oxfords. I put my red-velvet hair in a curled ponytail, and tied a matching white bow on the back.
I can’t lie I looked pretty good. This was totally fine by me, because I really wanted to impress Harry.
I was putting the finishing touches on my hair, when I heard my phone buzz on my bathroom counter.
Look out your window babe. xx -Harry
I went to my window, and opened it up. Harry was sitting in the parking lot with his head out his window waving. I rolled my eyes laughing and grabbed my purse.
“Dad I’m going bowling with Juleah I’ll be home later!” I hollered across the suite as I opened the door and left.
I got to Harry’s car and he was holding the passenger’s door open for me, smiling endearingly.
“Why thank you Harold.” I giggled and curtseyed, as he grabbed my hand and escorted me to my seat.
We both were in the car, listening to music. Driving down the road, and listening to my ginger goddess, Ed Sheeran. Harry smirked at me as I finished the lyrics to The A Team swinging back and forth in my seat.
“You look, god love. You’re beautiful” His eyes were trained on mine, as he smirked.
I smiled smug, “It’s not easy”. He smirked and I stuck my tongue out at him playfully. Just then I heard a certain song come on the radio. I giggled and turned it up, smiling goofy.
“OH EM GEE IT’S ONE DIRECTION! OH MY GOD TURN IT UP!” I yelled mockingly, flailing my arms in the air like a fan-girling twelve year old.
Harry rolled his eyes, and wrinkled his nose, trying not to smile. I giggled and leaned next to him, singing lyrics to One Thing and smiling dotingly.
“What happened to the shy, quiet, Kota I once knew?” He grinned and parked the car.
I grabbed my purse and me and Harry walked in the bowling alley. Four wild boys attacked us with hugs.
“HELLO, LOVELY!” Louis attacked me with a long dramatic ‘knock the air out of you’ hug.
“You’re the beautiful lad Harry won’t stop talkin’ about!!” The sweet blonde irish one, Niall, gave me a long snug squeeze.
“Nice to meet you, babe” Zayn gave me a whole hearted bear hug.
“Pleasure meeting you” Liam gave me a kind-of short awkward hug. I could tell he had good intentions.
The boys all jumped and attacked Harry in kisses and hugs, shaking his shoulders, making remarks to each other I couldn’t hear, and ruffling his hair smiling like idiots.
I kinda stood there smiling, looking all awkward until Harry managed to push them all off, and walk back over to me. I smiled and he intertwined my arm with his as we walked to our table. He looked down at me teasingly half-smiling, showing his adoring dimples.
“Sorry for the boys, they can get a bit wild. But there nice lads once you get to know them.” He looked slightly embarrassed; his cheeks were a light shade of pink, as he nervously bit his lip. It was too cute.
Juleah walked up and gave me a hug, greeting me. She stole me from Harry for a minute, as we walked to the front to get me and Harry shoes.
“Size 9, and…” She looked at me expecting me to answer her unfinished sentence.
“Oh uhm, six please.”
We got two liters of Dr. Pepper, and Coke, some cheese fries and a box of pizza, knowing that Niall would eat it all anyways.
When we came back to our spot, Niall wrapped his arms around Juleah from behind, making her giggle and kiss him on the cheek. They were unbelievably cute. Harry started patting the seat next to him smiling child-like, and motioning for me to sit. When I did he took my phone, opened the camera, and leaned in next to me.
“Smile, babe”! He smiled cheekily and snapped a picture.
“Oh god,” He started chuckling as he examined the picture.
He grinned and handed the phone to me. Louis was behind us making the most awful faces, and Zayn next to him making duck-faces, and doing a backward peace sign.
I started laughing and turned around to see them snickering and high-fiving. “WE STOLE THAT ONE ZANNYBOO!” Louis shrieked.
We all sat down and started the first game. We had two lanes, the boys were on one side, and I, Harry, Juleah, and Niall were on the other.
It must have been awkward for the boys without dates, but Louis and Zayn didn't mind. They just ran down the bowling lanes drunknly singing songs about carrots and farmers. Liam sat at the table texting Danielle and parenting everyone else, and Niall and Juleah ran to the bathrooms to do god knows what.
I honestly had the best time of my life. Harry was such a gentleman! He always had his eyes stuck on me, smiling teasingly, always trying not to laugh at me when I got horrible scores, and doing an adorable little dance when he got strikes.
“I’m officially, the worst person at bowling EVER!” I groaned and wafted the hair on my forehead, looking up at Harry, smiling half-heartedly.
“No you’re not babe!” He took the strand of hair that was irritating me, and tucked it behind my ear. He leaned forward, his nose pressed against mine. “You’re adorable”. He smiled kittenish, looking in my blue eyes. I giggled like an idiot. He saw and his lips grew into a wide smirk.
“The things you do to me Mr. Styles,” I grinned flirtatiously.
“The things you do to me Ms. Rosewater” The way he said my last name was seducing. He was so perfect. GAH.
He leaned in on me once more, watching my reaction. I was a little nervous, but that wasn’t going to get in my way. I put my arms around his neck and smiled pleasantly, letting him move on me. He smiled knowing that was a yes. When he finally reached my lips, it was like an explosion of passion and sweetness. We didn’t kiss deeply, or make-out like anything. We simply kissed. It was simple, but endearing and sweet. He was sweet. The way he cupped my face in his soft hands, running his thumbs down my jawline. It all felt amazing. I rested my hand on his mess of perfect curls, and ran my fingers through his hair. We sat there for what seemed like forever. Just giggling like kids and looking in each-other’s eyes.
This was the freaking best night of my life.
And I never ever wanted it to end.
