I woke up around 11.am to find Diego snoring beside me with his arm wrapped around my waist drawing me close to him. I smiled and snuggled closer to Diego feeling safe and comfortable in his embrace. 

Diego started to wake after a little so I attempted to leave his embrace but he just pulled me closer to him.

"Diego, come on. I need to get up!" I quietly laughed and tugged at his arms.

"Mmm no, stay with me" He said in a sleepy voice. "I'll make breakfast?" I asked more as a question than a statement. Soon after i offered to make breakfast Diego let me go.

I walked from the bedroom to the kitchen and started making pancakes and bacon. Diego trudged through and walked up next to me resting his head on my shoulder. I tried to brush him off since we hadn't actually discussed anything between but instead he stayed put. I continues frying the bacon and once it was done  I started with the pancake mix. I poured a large amount of mixture into the pan and let it cook. I wiped a little bit of pancake mix onto Diego's nose and laughed waiting for his reaction. Diego took some mixture and wiped all over my face. We continued joking around before we eventually started eating our breakfast. After breakfast I decided to get dressed and apply some make-up since Diego insisted he should clean the kitchen. 

I took a quick shower and got dressed into a black tank top with some tan ripped trousers. I created a natural make-up look and pleated my hair. I walked out to the living room to see Diego waiting for me. "If you want to go out I can drop by my place to get changed" He asked. I agreed and he drove us down to his apartment. I decided to wait inside his apartment instead of his car. I jumped onto his grey cloth sofa and looked around his apartment. It was large but had a distinct smell of weed which revolted me a little since the smell was so strong but I got used to it quickly. I heard the shower start so I decided to take a walk around since I hadn't been here before. His living room was large but quite empty and his kitchen was the same. I wandered into his bedroom and seen a few picture up on the walls. Many of them were pictures of him and his mother but I never seen any of his father. (idk Diego's situation with his dad but imma make them distant) I found other frames dotted around his bedside table, I sat down on the side of the bed looking at the frames until I heard the bathroom door unlock and I quickly sat the frame down on the table but failed as it fell onto the carpeted floor. 

Diego walked out of the bathroom looking much better than before. He had a large hoodie on with a pair of black ripped jeans and a black beanie. "You like the pictures?" he asked with one of his eyebrows raised. "e-eh yeah" I stuttered and smiled over at him. We both stood up and walked down to his car and started driving to Ikea since I had to get some home furniture.

Once we arrived I went straight to the warehouse area and started taking out large flatpack furniture and putting it into the shopping cart. Diego started helping me since he thought I was "incapable" of doing it myself. Once we had everything I needed we made our way towards the checkouts and I started to get my card out my wallet but before I could insert it into the card reader Diego's card had already been accepted. I rolled my eyes and he just smirked at me instead. We walked towards Diego's large jeep and started to load in the furniture.

Once we got to my apartment we started to build the furniture. It took us a while since I had no idea what to do but a little later Diego took over and I just watched him make it from the sofa. Eventually all the furniture had been made and my apartment was feeling like home. To repay Diego for all his "hard work" I ordered some chinese take-out. 

Soon the take-out arrived and we both relaxed on the sofa and watched some tv...
