My brain is processing this... Uhhh so let's analyze this...
Kawaii~Chan in MCD is not so much of a shipper and incredibly observant...
Meanwhile Zane is one of the despised character of the show for being a douche bag and killing people who gets in his way of power and killed by Aaron just to get revived to be a Shadow knight to steal a power relic from Shad and now is being hunted.
In short he did not change and have 1% chance of redemption
(I have a scenario in mind)

Reason why I rate it that way?:
Let's be realistic. KC is married to double timer Dante. (have two kids from different mother pff) and KC isn't the type to cheat.
And besides it would take a loooong time or never for KC to forgive her. Since she is really observant and smart she might see a reason of why Zane developed that personality besides his douche father bag.
The reason why it got some points is because of a scenario that popped into my head.
Scenario :
Zane becomes desperate to escaped death from Shad that he formed a temporary truce. Since Dante is the head guard he is in charge of checking the prisoners and since KC is his wife she brings food for her husband and gives some to Zane. This routine goes for days... Weeks... That Zane has grown a soft spot for KC despite of being married
