Anna: Age 15, Hiccup: Age 17

'What is taking him so long?' I asked as I looked at the afternoon sky. Yes. Afternoon. Reason? My parents are not here and they were going somewhere via on a ship. So we can talk all day. And I told him all that yesterday night.

He must have short term memory or something.

An idea sprouted above my head. I quickly got into the castle to get a piece of paper, a partially wood coated charcoal {pencil} and a knife. I sharpened the charcoal with a knife carefully since I don't want to get any injuries and all the fuzz from the servants.

Afterwards, I began pondering about him. He wasn't as scrawny as when he was 15. And his freckles reduced. How could puberty do such a thing to him? ... I'm talking about the good thing.

I'd assume that he'd be enticing a lot of attention.

Sooner or later, I was sketching his face, adding shadows to make it, I don't know, slightly realistic...?

Maybe I'm just bored. I don't really know... Haha~

Anyway, I'd consider myself as an artist since those paintings hanging on our walls served as an inspiration to me. Most especially Joan.

Just then, I felt a swift breeze that slapped my whole body, lightly folding my paper. I folded it quickly when I noticed that a Night Fury came trotting towards me.

Wrong timing Hiccup. I was about to add some finishing touches to your ravishing eyes to make my sketch officially finished.

"Hey, Hic!" I approached the brunette dragon rider -who was busy patting his head while a helmet was held in his other hand, "Nice helmet..." I remarked, placing my hands behind my back and rocked my feet to and fro.

"Thanks... Made it myself," He smiled at me. I stopped rocking and gulped at how handsome he is when he smiles.

"Oooh..." was all I could say and the peaceful silence came. For the record, I didn't exactly noticed the drawing was vaguely exposed to Hiccup. He pretty much broke the silence, "Hey, what's that your holding?" He pointed at my left hand.

I looked at my left hand, "This?... Psh... That's not really important right now..." I quickly changed the topic, "What's important is... How did you make that helmet?" I asked, trying to manage my words without stumbling.

"Oh come on Ann... Tell me," He said as he sat down casually. I felt my face tensed up and heating up as well, "Uh... I-It's a letter... From uh... Chocolate Isles!"

"Chocolate Isles? Really?" Hic raised a brow, he just knows me all too well, "Anna... Just tell me... Or I'm gonna have to do it by force," He warned, mischief twinkled in his eyes.

You could say that he's gonna tickle the crud outta me though... We wouldn't want that now would we?

A faint knock on my room door saved me. How do I know that? We're just on top of my room, "Your majesty? Princess Anna?" A faint voice said and, once more, a knock.

"Um..." I took a glance at Hiccup. As he took the hint, he nodded. Both of us got on Toothless and opened the window that leads to my room.

"Yes, Gerda?" Not to sound like some slow person or something but I hadn't realize it was already late at night, "Their highness... Have... Died..." Her faint voice became softer by every word. No. I couldn't believe this?! First, Elsa and now this? What did I ever do to receive all this...?

My body suddenly went numb and my voice went shaky, "Hahaha..." I laughed fakely, "Nice j-joke you got there... Y-you're k-kidding right...?" I added a few shaky laughs and... "Unfortunately, your majesty... This is no joke... I am very sorry," I could tell that she was as sad as I am. My heart ached at this horrid news that I cried myself to sleep on the floor, not a care to the world.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

I eavesdrop at their conversation. I know it's rude but Toothless just wanted me to listen. Sooner or later, Anna lied down on the floor and cried till her crying dies down. Her body expanding and contracting.

I assumed she was asleep. Sighing, I told Toothless, "Let's go home, bud. I guess Anna needs some space," Toothless whined in response as we went back to Berk in no time flat.

As I got back, the people were cheering without a reason that I know. Dad was busy drinking but stopped when I called, "DAD!" "Ahh... Hiccup my boy... We did it!" He boomed as he raised his wooden mug (?)

"Did what? I don't underst-" "We killed them! The Outcasts! We saw them approaching towards Corona and-" I wasn't actually listening to the rest of the part when the word 'Corona' held an echoed voice in my head.

"Well... My mum and dad are going to Corona to celebrate the return of my cousin tomorrow for two weeks. Heh-heh! Looks like we have loads of time to talk. Am I right?"

"You're right, son," Dad pat my back, "Dragons are the best weapons to kill those no-gooders..."

[I really gotta work on Stoick... :/]

My eyes widened when realization tackled me, "D-dad...?" I called him softly before he turned and look slightly down at me, "Can we talk somewhere more private?" "Why sure..." He gave a smile. Well that's actually the first time he actually listened to me.

...

There... I made it shorter :3

Sorry for my SpPG errors and the horse crap chapter! I'll try to update a better chapter when this brain starts vomiting rainbows...
