Chapter-1

~~~~~JUNGKOOK'S POV~~~~~

2011,
Some day,
11am.

I knocked at the door and waited for a reply.
"Come in" my boss called out.
I entered the room and walked near his desk and stood with my hands at the back and head bowed. To show respect towards him. My boss is a short man but very strong, he doesn't like mistakes. He kinda scares me at times but apart from work he is very nice.

"The agent we sent for 'The Mission' has unfortunately failed in it. I would therefore like you to take this mission and complete it. You must be careful he indeed is a mastermind he has already killed 4 people in a row and has kidnapped 9. You MUST play safe! Get it?"

"Yes Mr. Min" that's all that came out of my mouth. I hesitated. It's not like it's my first mission, I have solved many now but somehow Min Yoongi scares me A BIT I guess!

"Sir?, may I ask you the agents name? I mean the one who failed 'the mission'?"

"Taehyung, Kim Taehyung! Yah that's his name. He is a very skilled person but he has failed so I have higher hopes from you!"

"Yes sir!"

Taehyung I have heard of him he is very popular he has solved many cases and is a highly respected agent, he is very skilled and people say he is charming too😏!
With these thoughts in mind I exited the room and walked to my office to plan my new mission.

~~~~TAEHYUNG'S POV~~~~

Same day,
6pm.

I gulped.
"Taehyung, I know what happened and I understand but you have failed in the mission, and you know what is going to happen next." The raspy voice of my boss said.

"Yes sir" I replied in a sad tone. Tears started to form in my eyes. I felt ashamed of myself. Why? Why is this happening to me?

"So... taehyung according to the contract... if you loose the mission you are fired!"

~~~THIRD PERSON'S POV~~~~
2017,
7pm.

Its new year eve, everyone is decorating there houses and waiting for the new year to come. People have gathered in restaurants and bars to celebrate the coming year.

Many years have past, jungkook solved the mission and gained a lot of fame and became very popular. Taehyung on the other hand looses his job and is now working as a florist. He earns pretty well and has never stopped his shooting practices and gymming. He is still fit as before.

Taehyung knows that his mission was given to jungkook and he succeeded in that.

They both grew a feeling of hate and disgust towards each other. Jungkook thought that taehyung is an incapable person who wasn't able to solve a case as easy as this and for taehyung he thought of jungkook and someone who took his job away from him.
