Yugo entered his room and shut the door, after shutting the door he took just five or so paces, before someone's hand covered his mouth, and the cold, sharp tip of a knife slowly made its way down the side of his face. "You have one month to leave the Eliatrope Kingdom Yugo." Qilby's voice rang out as Yugo was shoved to the floor "One month before I kill you." Blood trickled down the side of Yugo's face "Either way, the Eliatropes loose their king." Qilby said throwing the knife, which landed just inches from Yugo's hand. "Don't forget, one month."
Yugo woke in his bed, pain searing from the slowly scarring wound on his face. Tears welled up in his eyes. 'That wasn't just a dream...' He thought to himself 'That actually happened.' Yugo thought remembering that night, it was nearly a month ago, 'He said I had a month... In a couple of hours it'll have been a month.' Tears spilled from Yugo's eyes 'Phaeris said he'd quadruple security today. I'm not even going to be able to leave my room today.' He thought as he wiped the tears off his cheeks, the salty tears stinging his wound. He sat on his bed for a few hours until the sun came up, and there was a knock at his bedroom door. "Yugo. Phaeris asked me to bring you your breakfast." Chibi's voice rang out
"Okay. I'm coming." Yugo said pulling on his hat, getting out of bed, and walking over to the door. He opened the door and Chibi was there holding a plate of pancakes "Thank you Chibi."
"Do you want a book or anything?"
"Yeah, could you grab that mythology book I've been reading from the library?"
"Sure, I'll be back in a couple minutes."
"Okay, thank you Chibi."
Chibi nodded and ran off down the hall. Yugo closed the door and carried the plate over to his desk and quietly started to eat. Moments later Yugo heard fighting outside his bedroom door. He stood, as he did the knob on the door turned. He backed against the wall, the door swung open, and in stepped Qilby. A knife flew across the room, sinking into the wall, and narrowly missing Yugo's head. "Someone, didn't heed my warning."
