Once we were done with our bread and cheese I said "let's keep going,"

"Okay," said Juna.

I hung the bag over my shoulder, picked up Juna, and ran until I was tired. We stopped again and sat Juna down.

"Are we running from those bullies who killed momma and poppa," Juna asked.

"Yes, baby," I replied.

"Why did they kill momma and poppa," she asked.

"Well um, they are mean people who don't know how to think for themselves," I said.

I then noticed a rustling noise in the bushes. I pulled Juna up and got ready to run. A small boy about Juna's age came out of the bushes.

"Who are you and is there anyone following you," I said concerned.

"I'm Ahoran and no I don't think there is anyone following me," said the small boy.

"Why were you hiding in the bushes," asked Juna.

"I was wondering why you were running from town," Ahoran replied.

"If you are so observant, you would have noticed the big yellow stars on our chest", I yelled.
