A group of unlikely teenagers with the only goal is to survive high school and have fun while doing it. 

Avianna is the girl every guy wants to be with and the girl every girl wants to be. Top of the pyramid, honor roll student, beautiful and talented- her only flaw is not fitting in. Too honest and real to be in with the other cheerleaders but too cool to be seen with the lame kids. Battling her own demons and fitting against herself, hiding who she really is inside. 

Jaxson is the heartthrob, the ideal "white boy-" brown slicked hair and green eyes, hiding behind the same black beanie and grey hoodie, with the brown guitar carried on his back at all times. Always smiling and living his best life, but his world turns upside down when he gets home to a abusive girlfriend, a drunk mother, and three younger sisters he has to raise by himself. 

Keaton is the rebel, always ditching class to smoke behind the school and meeting up with people twice his age to sneak him into bars to get wasted. After the tragic event that struck his family freshman year, Keaton has given up any hope left on having a good life. Watching his grades go downhill along with his mental health, to the point where all he cares about is his three year old daughter.

Nadia is the hopeless romantic, after going through two abusive relationships and being cheated on four times, she's given up all her hope on love or relationships. She's turned all her thoughts into poems and her experiences into art work that is posted and hung up under the name "Miss Broken." Faking a smile everyday and putting other peoples needs before her own has been her thing for as long as she could remember, until an unlikely person tries to persuade her into a different point of view of life.

And finally, Luciana is the girl you don't want to mess with. She's played for the same team for as long as she could remember and isn't ashamed of anything about herself. She comes off as a striking, beautiful, confident girl who always makes sure her friends are doing okay before she knows that she's okay herself. Running away and leaving without telling anyone has been her thing sense freshman year, the one place that gets her away from her crazy ex-girlfriend and a not-so-understanding family, to the point where she only knows her best friend is the only one who knows the real her.
