Okay so sometimes I write short stories just to make a little joke or to exaggerate a joke. Most of the times I just have one sentence and then GO FULL ON OUT and write something for over an hour. It's always really fun and I'm proud of the little stories that come to life through it.

So now I have a few of them on a lot of different sites and I decided that I should make a little book here for them because.. I like them and maybe you like them too :3 And to have a place where I can collect them.

I actually have some really big stories in progress but I just don't have the time right now and I also have to finally finish my other book but hh I'm stuck and I don't want to start something new if that isn't finished.

So here get some short stories instead:

The first story is called Thank the Creator.

I wrote it after my friend and I were talking about ideas for a story we want to write. It was after I said that Ink creates the Universes that they corrected me and told me, that Ink is actually just the protector. We, the artists are the creators and Ink only protects our work. And for some reason I didn't really think about it until that moment.

I also have to say that my friend really likes Ink. And they like to roleplay as him so they know some stuff pff. But the thing about the whole conversation that broke me and made me laugh for like 5 minutes straight was that Ink uses sentences like the one that inspires this short story "Thank the creator/s". Because until my friend told me that Ink isn't the "creator" I always kinda accepted that Ink spoke about himself when he used that sentence.

Like: "Oh thank me for making that situation turn out good. It could have went pretty bad but luckily I was there."

And then I wrote a small story where exactly that happens.

Thank the Creator:

It was a beautiful day and the sun was already risen high. The birds were singing their songs as they flew through the world full of peace and beauty. It was like a dream until a sudden loud sound echoed out of the little house that was right next to a little brook that was leading into a magical forest with unicorns and dragons. It was nothing other than the theme of the Creator.

Ink was sprawled out on his giant bed with the most fluffy pillows. Each pillow was fluffier than all the pillows in every au, that the creator had created all by himself, combined.

Of course he could just create the fluffiest pillows for everyone in every world - even for Error! - but why should he? He was Ink, the creator of everything. He needed, no he simply deserved just the best. It took a while until the skeleton finally opened his eyes and his theme song had already played for the 8th time in a row, which is pretty long if you remember that is song is around 5 minutes long. Inky stretched his arms and yawned loud after sitting up. Still sleepdrunk he looked out of the window and smiled, thinking back to all the times he was awesome - which was always. But suddenly with new energy the creator jumped of the bed and landed on his feet on the floor. A smug smile slowly made its way up his face as he continued to jump like a little kid into his bathroom. The first thing that greeted him, was himself. Ink had placed a giant mirror in his bathroom where normally a sink or a toilet would be because well, he was a skeleton. He doesn't need useless stuff like a toothbrush. He winked at himself as he stepped into the steamy shower.

Another hour went by of Ink just aggressively singing and humming more of his theme song. It was so much that the birds had decided it would be the best if they just left the whole area for now. Within a second the creator stopped screaming and turned the water off. The half-unicorn-half-skeleton-full-creator-of-everything grabbed one of the most colorful rainbow towels he owned and stepped out of the shower. Now he was standing again in front of his super over sized mirror.

"Thank the Creator for this beautiful morning and my beautiful life." Ink was quiet before giggling, knowing full well that he himself was the one who was responsible for everything that had happened. Everything that had happened the last days, weeks, month, years, centuries up to this moment. He knew that Outer was currently watching the comet shower he desperately wanted to see.

He made it happen that Blue had dropped all his favorite tacos, which he had worked on for quite a while now, just a few minutes ago. He already made it that Fell had overslept and was going to get into a fight with his brother, which he is going to lose.

He was responsible for making Dream, positivity itself, cry all the morning and most of the night, mourning the loss of his old brother. Making him give up the last hope that held him together.

And he knew that today he would also have a break from Error. From the fighting and destroying. And it wouldn't even be only today. The creator would never have to worry about that anymore because.. he got bored. It wasn't as much 'fun' as it was when he first turned Error into the mistake he was. So 2 hours ago he let Errors broken codes finally collapse.

Ink smiled again as he put on his normal day wear.

He wanted to visit Outertale. After all, thousands upon thousands of shooting stars is something you shouldn't miss.
