all my gay friends at school say stuff like "hetero relationships are so boring" and "gay couples are soooo cute together!"
that's like being a hetero person saying "ew, gay couples shouldn't be a thing because the universe created boys and girls for a reason".
there are so many stereotypes making gay people seem so cute together and so happy, but we are normal people too! we have the same problems as other "normal" people! we can be in abusive relationships, unhappy ones, and all the normal problems hetero people have!
some may argue "no, people part of the LGBTQ+ community have MORE problems!" well that's actually false guys. in a way, everyone has to come out. either with being gay, or getting a girlfriend, boyfriend, whatever. religion? thats a problem with hetero people as well. maybe you wanna date someone from another religion. hetero people have that problem too! maybe you don't know if your crush is straight or gay. hetero people have that problem too! more importantly, does your crush like you back?
im not trying to hate on gay people (as I'm gay) but there are some gay people who think that because they're gay, they are so much better than the rest of the world.
btw, I'm a girl, but i say gay, because does do we really need to be labelled as "gay" or "lesbian"? I hate how lesbian sounds. Gay means...pride. I'd rather be called gay.
