The Wet Note

After a long tiring morning, I arrive at school. I'm going to my locker to grab my books. I open my locker and a little note fell out. I open in up and inside it read, "I like the way you cheered m-" the rest was wet and I couldn't make it out.

I head to my first class- science. I open my book and turn to page 364 like the board told me to.

The day was actually pretty good- until lunch.

I got in line for lunch, I didn't know if I should get pizza or a sub sandwich. I decided to get pizza.

As I sat down with my friends I get a tap on my shoulder, I set my tray down, I turn around.

I look to only see my friends with the note they found in my locker.

"What is this?"

"Uh, I don't know"

"Uh, sounds like someone likes you" they said.

"I haven't read it let me see it."

The note read "I like the way you cheered me up yesterday. It was really kind of you. Sorry about the crowd of girls, it happens a lot. I wanted to ask you if you- " the bell rang. Lunch is over.

The final bell rang. I got my stuff out of my locker and started to walk home. I hear footsteps behind me but I didn't look back. Suddenly the footsteps get softer. I look to my left. Chandlers right next to me.

"Hey,"he said with a smile.

"Hi."

"So, uh, did you get anything in your locker today?"

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"I don't know just wondering"

I could tell that he's up to something. I just don't know what
