"what movie do you want to see?" zach asked looking up from his phone. zach had been in new youk for 4 days already, and he was leaving the next. for the 4 days, the pair had stayed inside, and binge-watched netflix, with zach leaving every night to pick up a pizza, or some other type of fast food for the two to eat.

"i don't really care. what's out right now." the girl said. zach had finally persuaded her to go out, even if it was just for an hour or two to the movies.

"umm, it looks like we could see Truth or Dare, I Feel Pretty, Love Simon, Ready Player One, Black Panther, The Miracle Season." zach said, listing off some movies that were in the theatre they were going to.

"can we go see Love Simon, or is it too girly for you." saige asked, giggling.

"i don't care what we do, as long as your happy." zach said, looking at the girl, and truly meaning it. over the past couple of days, the two had bonded over everything. zach had really helped saige get her mind off of her friends, and zach just liked being around her.

"aww, then let's go." saige said with a smile. she then said something about changing into something that wasn't pajamas and an old shirt and kicked zach out of her bedroom.

as the girl was changing, zach made his way downstairs and checked to make sure he had enough money on him, and an extra coat for him, or saige.

"you and saige seem to be close. do you like her." someone behind him asked, zach whipped his head around, scared, and was met with saige's mother.

"oh yeah. i guess we are." zach said, looking at the floor. he didn't want to admit to the girl's mother that he definitely liked his daughter, and was faller harder and harder each day.

"but do you like her. it's very sweet of you to fly all the way across america just for a girl you've been talking to a couple of weeks." her mother said.

"well, i don't really know," he said, hoping saige would hurry up and get downstairs so he could get out of this conversation.

"well, i just hope you have the right intentions with my daughter. she's a great girl once you get to know her," she said.

"oh i know she is." zach said, giving a quick smile to the mother.

"saige! hurry up, don't leave your boyfriend waiting!" saiges mother said.

"he's not my boyfriend mom," saige said with a quick laugh, "and i'm ready." saige walked out of the hallway, in black leggings, and a hoodie of zachs he must've left out.

"Okay, sure. have fun kids and stay safe," she said, giving the two an encouraging smile, and walking away.

"where'd you get that hoodie. i'm pretty sure it's mine." zach asked as they walked out of her house.

"well, i'm pretty sure it is too, and i just grabbed it from your stiff. i like the way it smells." she said with a shrug.

"well, that's a little weird. but okay." zach said.

the two drove to the movies jamming out to whatever was on the radio. they were singing, very loudly and badly, and laughing. they did this through out the whole ride to the movies. the full 18 minuet drive.

when the movie was over, the pair walked out smiling.

"thank you so much zach, that was so amazing. you're so great." saige said.

"anything for you saige." zach said with a smile, leaning down to kiss the girls forehead."
