So it's very hot - that's why I opened my window. Unfortunately, my neighbours are having a party and I can hear them talking.
1) that's annoying I don't want to hear them but closing the window is too hot.
2) they are talking in a weird language that sounds like Japanese but my neighbours aren't Japanese and I know them and I've never heard them talking in another language lol
