Louise took a deep breath, staring at the reflex of her half naked body in the full length mirror against the bathroom wall. It was boring and pathetic; she shook her head, grabbing a t-shirt with a funny pineapple pattern, black skinny jeans and putting on red sneakers. She didn't put any effort in taming her straight caramel hair, just ran her fingers through it to make it less crazy.
She left the bathroom, picking up her backpack that was laying on the bed and leaving the bedroom as well. She made it downstairs quickly, smelling the strong scent of coffee and toasts that came from the kitchen. Her mother occupied one of the dining table's chairs, a porcelain mug on her left hand and a newspaper on her right one. Blue eyes seemed very concentrated in whatever she was reading to even notice her daughter.
Louise didn't bother to greet her and just seated on the chair next to her. Her eyes snapped from the newspaper and fixed on the girl's face. She took off her glasses and left them on the table. The woman stand up abruptly and smiled without saying anything, walking up the stairs excitedly.
A few minutes passed and then she was back, a bag in each hand. Louise placed the mug full of coffee she was sipping of on the table and stared at the woman, confused. "What's that?"
"Oh, this? It's nothing. I just went into some stores after I left work yesterday. Bought a few things for you and your brother." She smiled, putting the bags on the table.
Louise smiled with suspicion and opened the bag, pulling out a simple black skirt, not too long but not too short either, if she were to guess, reached above the knees.
"I saw this and immediately you came to my mind. Isn't it beautiful?!" The brown haired woman asked, excited.
Louise scrunched up her nose, without expressing any further reaction. "It is, thank you so much, mom." Her eyes focused upon the skirt, she hadn't liked it, and was completely sure that she would never wear that willingly.
Her mother hugged her while all Louise did was put on a fake smile.
"I have an idea! Why don't you go to your room to try it on? You can go to school wearing it." She suggested.
The girl sighed, silently complying and walking upstairs holding the piece of fabric. Right after closing and locking the door she removed the black jeans she was previously using and put on the skirt that hugged her figure, accentuating her curves and mostly the volume of her ass. She fixed her shirt, tucking it inside the skirt. She couldn't stand looking at herself anymore so she unlocked the door, going downstairs again so her mother could see how it looked.
"Absolutely amazing, it fitted gracefully on you. I knew it, you look beautiful, Lou."
"Thanks." Louise managed to say, unhappy with the truthful compliment.
"You are such a beautiful girl, Louise. You should wear skirts and dresses more often, they look really good on your body."
Louise gave her a fake smile, nodding her head. "You are right, mum."
The woman retrieved the other bag, going upstairs to Liam's room. As that happened, Louise sat on her place on the table once again to continue to drink her coffee, eating some toasts with grape jelly.
As soon as she heard the car horn outside, she grabbed her backpack, walking towards the door. Zayn winked at Louise when he saw her coming towards him and when the girl entered the car he went for a kiss.
"Good morning." Louise said after they separated.
Zayn smiled. "Good morning. Having a good day?"
"So far not so much, what about you?"
"Mine is great." The boy with olive skin squeezed her thigh over the skirt fabric.
