~Going to New York~

Abby's house

I got woken up by the shower running, Which I knew Ratliffbear must be in there so I started thinking about taking the trip Ratliffbear got me for a week to New York to do some thinking about everything that is going on. Between all the drama with Ross and Kelly plus my feelings for Ratliffbear. I just need to have time to myself, but before I do that I need to call my mom and see how she is doing. I need let her know what I'm thinking about doing my last year of high school at home. I'm not sure yet. So I went to my table, grabbed my phone and went back to my bed to call my mom.

~Back In LA~

Kim's house

I was getting ready for work, and I hear my phone ringing. I saw that is was my baby girl. God I hope she is handling her grandma's death alright.

"Hi Mommy how are you doing?", Abby asked.

"Hi Honey how are you hanging in there? I'm doing fine I miss you baby. So when do you think you are coming home honey. I mean no hurry if you want to stay a while to take care of things since your grandma left you everything?", Kim said.

"Well that is why am calling you mom. I have gotten ever thing taken care of. Mark is going to help me sell 3 cars and the other cars I gave to Rocky, Ryland, and Rydel because I wanted to keep them in the family which I think grandma would like my choice on that one. And for the house I am going to keep it as my home away from home. A place to go when I need to just get away", Abby said.

"Oh Honey I'm sure grandma would be very proud how you are dealing with this issue. I am so proud of you as well for how you are handling everything that is going on right now", Kim said.

"Mom I am going to be taking a trip to New York that Ratliffbear got me for my Birthday just to get a break and have some alone time if that is alright with you mom?", Abby asked.

"Honey you are 18 years old now and you can make your own choices honey. I'm happy you asked me about it but the choice is yours baby girl, What ever you want to do is fine with me as long as you be careful and keep me posted on how you are doing. Are you driving to New York honey?", Kim asked.

"I know it is my choice mom, but I just wanted to ask you know because I am your baby girl (giggle), But I think am going to go. And yes I'm taking my car. I am going to have everything turn off at my house that way I won't have to pay for bills there until I go back", Abby said.

"Abby that is a good idea and when are you leaving Littleton to head to New York?", Kim asked.

"Well I'm going to leave when I get things packed up and talk to the Mama Stormie and Papa Mark. I will send you a text to let you know when I'm on the road", Abby said.

"Okay honey I'd hate to run, but I need to go to work. Have a safe trip and I love you baby girl. And if you need me just call and be safe", Kim said.

"Okay Mom I love you, and I will talk to you soon. Have nice day at work", Abby said. I went and put my phone in my on my table. I went and took a shower, got dressed, and went downstairs where I heard everyone talking and laughing. So I went into the kitchen.

"Good Morning everyone", Abby said.

"Good Morning Abbygirl", Everyone said.

"I am glad everyone is here. I have some news that I want to talk to you all about", Abby said.

"Okay Abbygirl what is your big news that you have to say?", Everyone asked.

"Well we are going home, and I am going on a trip for a week and then I should be back in time when we start school back up. I want to thank you all for being there for me through this rough time I'm going through right now. I love you all very much. I have talked to my mom and she knows what is going on, and she thanks you all as well", Abby said.

"Abbygirl you are part of this family, and we were glad that we could be there for you. Where are you going for a week? And when are you leaving?", Mark asked.

"Thanks I know I'm apart of the family. I am going to use my Birthday gift I got from Ratliffbear and go to New York. I am going to leave this afternoon sometime when I get my stuff together", Abby said.

"Okay Abbygirl but are you sure that it is a good idea to go by yourself so soon honey. Not that I'm not glad that you want to go for a vacation to New York before school. I just worry that's all", Mark and Stormie said.

"I will be fine I just need some time to think and then come back refreshed and ready to start my senior year", Abby said.

"Okay honey but if you need anyone just call us. We will be there honey alright and remember we love you dearly Abbygirl. We don't want nothing to happen to you", Mark, Stormie, and everyone said.

"I know you all care about me, and I care deeply about you all as well. Yes I will be okay, and I will call if I need you all I promise. Rydel before you ask I will shop for both of us (giggles)", Abby said

"Thanks Abbygirl that would be great, and I am going to miss you so much please text or call me when you do get on the road and when you get there please", Rydel said.

"I will send a mass text to you all so you know where am and when I get there", Abby said.

"Okay everyone let's get packed up and get things turned off and locked", Mark said. Everyone walked upstairs and went to there rooms. I walked to my room and got my suit case, started folding my stuff, and went into the bathroom. I got my stuff and make up and packed that. Then I grab my phone charger the one for the car and got that ready. I got my keys, jacket, phone, and went downstairs and went out to my car and popped the trunk to put my suit case in the back and grab my other bags. I put them in the trunk, shut it and put my other bag in the front seat. I shut the door and walked back to the house.

"Abbygirl where you at honey", Stormie asked.

"Am in the kitchen Mama Stormie", Abby said

"Oh there you are honey, I just wanted to let you know that we are fixing to head out when you do", Stormie said.

"Okay Mama Stormie I turned everything off and all my stuff is in my car", Abby said.

"Okay honey let's head to the cars so you can see everyone before we all leave", Stormie said. Me and Mama Stormie walked out the door. I locked it double checking to make sure it was locked. We walked to the car where everyone had tears in there eyes when I was walking up to the car.

"Aw guys you will see me in a week I promise, and I will send photos of where I go. I will text and call when I get there", Abby said.

"We know Abbygirl we are just going to miss you so much", Everyone said.

"Okay let's do a Lynch family Hug guys so we can get on the road", Abby said. We all ran to each other including Mama And Papa Lynch and hugged so hard we just stood there for a few minutes then we all broke apart. I have to admit I had tears in my eyes as well.

"Well guys this is it. I will call you all when I get there. I love you all", Abby said.

"We love you too Abbygirl", Everyone said. We all got into the cars and waved as we pulled out of the drive way.
