The continuation of Sharna and Val getting married.
Jenna Pov
While Sharna was saying her vows and how she wanted him to be happy, I knew I was apart of this. I mean Val was still sleeping with me while dating Sharna and I told him that if he wanted to be with me, he would have to break Sharna's heart and be with me only me but he was too scared of hurting her. Instead, he was marrying the girl who he was never in love but the girl, he was too scared to say I don't love you. At the end of the vows, I get up and run to grab a taxi. I didn't want to see Val's face.
When I got home, I saw some flowers on my bed with a letter. 'Dear Jenna, you shouldn't have gone quickly. We need to talk, maybe not you but I need to. Call me when you get this letter ! Please Jen :)' I had no idea of what to do... I knew calling him would be awkward because of how Sharna and him broke up but at the same time, I hated the fact that Val was having his heart break but I decided to call him.
"Hello"
"Hey Val ! It's me, Jen"
"Jen, you did get my letter"
"Yes, what did you want to talk about ?"
" Can we meet in person ?"
"I can't. My fly is leaving in like 3 hours, I need to get to the airport.'
'What? Why? Where?'
'Whoa, Val calm down. I'm going to Utah, just to get my mind in the right place.'
'Jen, can I, at least, bring you to the airport?'
'Val, I don't think it's a good idea for now! You should really just stand there and relax.'
'Please'
'I can't that's not a very good idea.'
'Come On Jen. I'm just bringing you to the airport that's it.'
'Alright!'
'I be there in 20 minutes.'
20 Minutes Later
Val POV
I was sitting in my car and waiting for Jenna to come out of her house. When she open the door of my car, smile at me and said:
'Thank you for doing this, Val!'
'You're welcome Jen'
The rest of the ride was pretty awkward and the silence was hard to bear. As we arrive to the airport, Jenna said to me:
'Val, thank you so much'
'You're really welcome, Jen. Before you leave I need to talk to you about something really important about the wedding...'
'Val I'm really sorry for you and Sharna. I should never have said what I said at the bar. You're really a good guy, Val and Sharna loves you. You still got a chance...'
'I love you Jenna'
'What?'
'I do, when I was at the wedding, I was holding Sharna's hands and I thought to myself, I can marry this woman right in front of you because that's you that I want to marry, have kids and grow old with. I know that is kind of crazy what I'm saying but you're the one that I want Now, later, in 2 days and one years later.'
Jenna stars to have tears streaming down her face, I wiped all of them and pull her for a hug.
'I love you Val'
' I love you even more my beautiful queen'
and we kissed. Just like that, was the best day of my life.
