Chapter 1: Introductions

"Beep Beep Beep" The most annoying sound in the world huh?
I really hate waking up this early, but today I don't really feel that hate as much.
I'm Cody I'm 16 and I'm ready to take on the world.

I get out of bed more energized then usual, I grab my folded clothes and head to my bathroom, I ran the burning hot water along my fingers.

*Sigh* it feels so good
I jump in and the water runs down my body like a river "this is the best part of-
-the day" I tell myself, I lather the soap on my dripping wet body and wash it off.
I turn of the shower, dry myself and put my clothes on.

I open the door "bye mom" the usual "FUCK OFF!!" I grin and I start heading to school.
When I open the doors to my English class I see my childhood friend Sayori sitting in my desk, "C-Cody" she yelled
I walk up to her and ask "What did you do this summer Sayori?"
"Nothing much I w-went to the beach and I applied for college since yknow I'm a 4th year, W-What about you Cody
"Oh me? I was just drawing mostly".

"Oh Cody I-I almost forgot you should j-join the literature club I started last semester and they need more members, since you know, you need to join a club and all" Sayori said with excitement.
"I don't know I'm not really good at writing, it's not my thing"
"Oh come on just try it out!" She yelled with anger
"Fine okay ill try it out" I said

"Hurry!" Sayori yelled while grabbing my arm and running
"Woah hold on Say-
*Wham*
A purple haired girl walks out and Sayori runs into her.

"Ahhh! S-SORRY YURI!" Sayori yelled while frantically apologizing.
"It's ok Sayori I'm sure it'll be fine" the girl said while grabbing her wrist
She looked like she was in pain but I nudged it off.

Sayori got up and fixed her collar, *ahem* "Cody this is Yuri, Yuri this is Cody"
"Nice to meet you" Yuri said calmy
"And you too" I reply
" Are you part of the literature club?" I ask
"Yes the club rooms in here " she said quietly.
Little did I know but when she opened that door all of our lives changed.

"Ewww Monika!!" I heard faintly, Yuri opened the door
All the attention focused on me.
"Whos this guy" the little one said

Sayori walked over to the brown haired girl and whispered something in her ear,
"sure" the girl said.
She cleared her throat, Everyone gather around, this is our newest club member, Cody.
"Hi" thinking to myself how awkward that was.
The little on walked up to me
"Natsuki why don't you introduce yourself" the brown haired girl said
"Fine" she said sassily
"I'm Natsuki, a-and I hate spider they're icky and gross any there webs are sticky and silky, I hate them with every inch of my being!"
"That's not alot of inches" Yuri says faintly

"Grrr, I hate you Yuri you and your big boobies and stupid tea hmph.
Hearing Natsuki ramble on is so cute.
The brown haired girl walks up to me,
"Hi I'm Monika, don't worry about those two, thats normal for them. I'm the president of the doki doki literature club, and Sayori is the Vice president."

" Wow impressive Sayori" I say as she blushes
"How long have you been writing for?" Monika asked
" Well I'm not really a writer it's not really my thing, but I decided to try it out and make Sayori happy" I reply
"Well you won't regret it" she said as she handed me a peice of paper.
On the paper had a schedule

Monday, thursdays and Fridays we share poems, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays
We read.

"Monika looked at me"
"Its fun trust me"
"Yeah ill take your word for it" I said

I sat down on a squeaky chair and waited for those two to stop fighting.
After a few minutes they did and Natsuki walked over to me.
"Can I show you something?" She asked
"Sure" I replied

She walked over to the closet and pulled out a manga set
"I hear an angry growl come from her throat"
She reorganizes the set so they're in order, " you read manga?" I ask
"Y-yeah it's literature" she said with a heated face
"Yeah I guess" I chose the smart decision by saying that.

She grabs volume one of "parfait girls" and sits on the floor
"Sit baka" she mumbled
I slip down the wall sitting beside her.
She hands me the book .
I start to look at the cover
"Well read it dumby" she groaned

I open the manga and begin to read
" OUT LOUD!" She yelled
"O-okay jeez" in reply
I read the manga up to half way and I hear faint snoring, I looked beside me and Natsuki fell asleep in my shoulder, her face bright red and a smile stapled on.
I look over and when I begin to start reading on my own Sayori and Yuri are giving me an angry look.
