Abbarane's pov

"Morning mom, dad."I say as I enter the kitchen then proceed to kiss each on the cheek.
"Where're the boys? "
Right on cue my twin brother walks in carrying my smaller brother who's still not fully awake - not much of a morning person really.
Oh!How rude of me. Let me introduce myself.
Abbarane is the name my mother googled a day before I was born and decided that that's what she'd call me. Well, as for my twin brother she chose Alaric. About my little brother, I'd like to call him a surprise baby coz mum never knew she was pregnant till the waters broke while driving from work. Funny and strange, I know. No big belly, no nausea, swollen feet, no nothing. All I know is that dad walked in with mom holding little Austin in her arms the following morning. It took me a whole hour to process the whole new baby situation and that's saying something since I'm the "family genius " as mom calls me. As for Alaric, well let's just say that was the day he learnt to love something other than video games. The boy can spend the whole day moving his fingers with his face glued to the screen without batting an eyelid.
So...yeah. by now you've figured out that our family is made up of five and I wouldn't have it any other way. Oh,by the way Alaric and I are 15.Austin or little Ausie as I love to call him, just turned 2 last weekend. The party was great since we were also celebrating the fact that Ricy/Alaric and I just completed high school. If you're wondering how, well,we skipped classes.
"Wicky I wanna sweep!stwop! "I'm pulled out of my thoughts by my little brother Ausie. Yeah, he really does love his sweep. Oops!sorry I meant sleep. Wicky is Ausie's name for Ricy.
I watch as Alaric tries to feed Ausie but by the looks of it he's really having a hard time.
"Baby, if you allow Ricy to feed you,I'll let him buy you ice cream once you go to the park today."I hear mum say. I'm not sure though, I'm currently stuffing my belly. Haha. You see,while Alaric loves video games, I'd totally kill for food. Funny thing is I think it disappears somewhere between my throat and my stomach. I mean I never gain weight! I might eat food enough to feed an army but still nothing happens! I better stop thinking about it or else I'll go into depression.
Anyways once we're done eating or in my case swallowing food, my brother leaves to help Ausie change his pj's while I help mom wash the dishes. We're done with the washing and are currently walking to the living room when the front door opens.
"Linda, how did you get in? "I ask my best friend Linda.
"Bitch I've got a key!" She waves me off and proceeds to lock the door only to stop when she notices my mom.
"Oh hi mom.Damn that dress brings out your curves good! "She tries to compliment my mom but we all know she's trying to make my mom forget that she confessed about having a key.
"Oh hi Linda. Did you just say you've got your own key? "My mom asks in an overly sweet voice.
"W-what?Me? Keys? Haha! No! I said I've got the breeze!Right Abbarane? "She says nervously.
"Oh really? Hand in the keys!"
" W-what keys? "
"Linda, keys! "
My mom can be really scary when she wants to and apparently it just worked coz Linda just handed in her keys.
"Good girl"my mom hugs her and kisses her cheek and disappears upstairs.
"Winda!" Ausie yells as he rans down the stairs.
"Ausie! How's our little cutie? "Linda greets back.
Ausie stops in his tracks and places his hands on his hips.
"I'm not wittle and I'm not a cwutie!"He pouts. "I'm a man!"
"Hahaha! And I'm your grandma!"Linda retorts jokingly.
"Wait?ywou're my gwandma? I thwought gwandma is dead?!"Ausie asks with a very cute confused face.
"Yeah. She...never mind Ausie .Linda is just joking."I say.
"Why is she joking abwout gwandma? "A clearly still confused Ausie says.
"Come on big guy. Let's leave this confusing girls to their thoughts. Let's go to Tyler's and then go to the park and get some icecream!"Alaric says as he picks up Alaric and heads out.
"Boys..."Linda rolls her eyes."Anywho! I came over to remind you that we're still going to celebrate to celebrate my birthday. And before you ask I'm not going to spill about the venue coz once I do you won't go.So let's get you ready for the party."she says excitedly.
"Hold up!You're getting ready for a night party at 10 Am?Bitch you're crazy."I can't help but ask.
"Look here Abby I've been chugging more drugs than food lately and now that I'm fully healed I plan on drinking, partying and eating like it's the end of the world! "
"Bitch, I thought we're supposed to repent when it's the end of the world? "I ask.
"Oh!Whatevs! "
I just snort and follow her upstairs.
Linda was diagnosed with stomach cancer a few months back. She's went through chemo and drugs .She even went bald which really got her sad. To make her feel better,I shaved bald too. Yeah I love my hair but I love her so....yeah. Man those were the most tiresome months of my life!Linda couldn't eat and if she did it'd be out before it even reached her throat . She looked like death. BUT!that's all over now.Chemo's over,drugs over and happy Linda's back! Now let's get ready for THEORY party and knowing how crazy Linda gets, I bet it's going to be over the top. Well,maybe according to me myself and I.
