An Old Enemy

Ruby POV
My team and I were relaxing at the beach. It was the first break in a while, we just needed to unwind
Weiss: Ruby, there's a crab on you?
I looked to see a little crab
Me: aw it's cute
I heard a gunshot and the crab was gone
Me: what the heck Yang?
3rd POV
About 8 miles out there was a nuclear powered submarine searching the waters for resources
Soldier: have you found anything yet?
Crewman: nothing, wait hold on, we are picking up something
Captain: you're picking up something? What is it?
Crewman: barrels sir, all with bite marks, no radiation found within them
Captain: what the hell? Why would something bite barrels?
Soldier: possibly a shark or something like that
Crewman: object incoming fast
Captain: what?!
Crewman: approximately 200 feet away....150
Soldier: What the hell is happening out there?
Crewman: sir.....it's right on us
They began looking around, it was dead silent. Then the lights started blinking red
Crewman: hull breach! Sectors A, C and D
Captain: what could be doing this!?
Then from the top a tooth came through the roof, water rushed in until finally the sub exploded creating a plume of water shooting through the surface reaching atleast 50 feet high.
Ruby POV
In the distance I heard a loud boom and saw water in the sky.
Yang: what the fuck?
Blake: what happened?
Me: I think one of those submarines off the coast went off
Ironwood POV
Me: Winter, what the hell happened out there?
Winter: one of the subs blew up, no survivors, no one knows what happened
Me: damn! Do we have any footage from the sub before the explosion
Winter: we have footage but it's been distorted, the radiation in the area before the attack was off the charts, nothing has reached that high in years
Me: play the footage
Winter: follow me please
I followed her to the cameras, she switched them on and there was nothing but ocean. Until there was a loud booming noise of a high pitched roar
????: Skreeeeeeeonk
The camera feed quickly became distorted with radiation until finally switching off.
Me:.....no..
Winter: is there something wrong sir?
Me: I.....just.....that sound, I've heard it before
Winter: where
Me: in the war....26 years ago. But this....it was more high pitched, but it had the same effect as it had on me as it does now.
Winter: what is it?
Me: we truly didn't know what it was, but we called it.......Godzilla
Winter: Godzilla? What is it?
Me: a creature; an embodiment of death, killed with no problem, I lost my entire platoon to that thing....I thought it was dead
Winter: I'm sorry sir, but what exactly was it?
Me: a monster
3rd POV
Through the ocean a creature was moving quickly, the spines stuck out of the water until making the shallows when it slowed down.
Rwby left the beach and went to the tv in their dorm and saw the news of a giant creature coming on shore.
Ruby: what....is that?
Blake: it's a monster?
We heard jets scream through the sky and helicopters flying.
Ironwood POV
Me: any updates on the movements
Winter: it's coming a shore, but with its small legs and large mass it should be crushed under its weight
Soldier: creature has made it into the city
Winter looked at me
Winter: then again I've been wrong sometimes
3rd POV
A yellow creature with a large eye was making its way through the city, destroying anything that's in its way. It began climbing a building and using its weight to bring it down to nothing but rubble
Ruby POV
Me: we should go help evacuate
Weiss: right!
