Step 1

Select a color of your chose for you cover background

Step 2

Add your cartoon to the bottom of the cover and line it up right. I used multiply for this one but I think you can get away with screen, either or. Then merge and close the app.

Step 3 (Optional)

Open Polarr and place a filter of your choose. Be careful to not ruin the cartoon photo some filters can make it fade or make the background look bad.

Step 4

Open Phonto and add your title at the top and your author name right below it and then you're done!

Final Result

I did this cover waaaay back when I first learning how to make covers and making all my covers the same and having a theme on my page...those days.
I like that this is super easy and simple and I'm pretty sure it can be done on picsart but idk.

Tbh I'm not the biggest fan of picsart, I've tried and failed maybe I'll give a go again one day but for now I'm sticking with Superimpose.
