It was always dark in Ethas, but the lack of light from the rickety streetlights were definitely not impairing your view of this black haired fool at all.
He was attempting to steal a train, of all things. While Ethas still had a king and queen, it's technology was extremely renowned compared to those "Middle Ages" of kings and queens — this electric train was proof. Of course, only the elitist nobles really knew how to operate the technology (considering they were the only ones who had access to it), but that certainly wasn't stopping this fellow.
