"You have five seconds to get out of my sight. I am not doing this if you are here" Singto was going berserk with anger. He hated that man. Never in his life had he met someone who could annoy him to this extent. He practically wanted to strangle someone to death whenever he was forced to have a conversation with this guy. And that says something given that Singto is not known to be violent and his friend New had often asserted that fact by saying there was not a single malicious bone in his body. More than every thing his job demanded him to save lives, not to go on a psychotic rampage to drive someone's head through the walls or throw them out the window. But he was not sure of himself any more. He might actually resort to either of the two soon enough. And the victim would be none other than the man before him. That image weirdly calmed Singto down for a moment. However the moment of serenity was short-lived."Oh come on Doc. What? I am not doing anything. I am just silently observing. Or is it that you actually don't know what you are doing and want me out that bad?" the said man was replying with a smug look that irritated Singto more if that was even possible. Singto could totally see his face twisting into a ugly smirk behind that surgical mask. What wrong did he do in his past lives to meet this guy who was so full of himself? Why are the God's punishing him like this? Singto had even started praying that he should be able to get through each day without seeing this man whose ego was the size of Mt.Everest. But no such luck. He had been running into him almost everyday for the past two months.
"Oh really? You had been making disgusted noises and gagging sounds for the past twenty minutes. You call that silently observing?" Singto replied with a quirked eyebrow placing his scalpel down and reaching for another from the tray which held the sterilized surgical equipments. Usually he was not used to talking back to someone like this. Giving rude comments and shutting someone off like that was totally not him. But this guy was a pro at making him act out of character. He had been doing a damn good job in making Singto angry and frustrated.
"What do you expect me to do, Doc? We are not out on a cruise ship watching the expanse of sea and enjoying the view - the whole sun and the sky shebang. There is no sunshine and rainbows. It's freaking blood and intestines pouring out of a dead guy and you poking around it. I feel lucky enough that I am keeping in my breakfast instead of throwing up all over the floor. I am not used to looking at cut open bodies", he said making an almost gagging sound again.
Singto rolled his eyes at that and gave out through gritted teeth, "It's a post mortem, Detective. What else do you expect me to do here? You have no problem chasing an armed guy down the road and shooting him in the face. But a little blood and gore of a dead guy you couldn't tolerate. And look at you! You look like you are about to pass out any minute" Singto threw back unable to resist the urge to insult the detective who was flaring in anger after hearing his words. And that brought out a satisfying smile on Singto's face. 'Good, now I am not the only one infuriated with the other' Singto thought to himself.
Singto knew all about the hot tempered detective even before he started working with him on this case. The man was in the front pages of the newspaper more often that it's hard to go unnoticed.
Young detective Perawat bagged the gang behind the bank robbery that happened three weeks ago.
Nemesis of the drug dealing chain - Officer Krist rounds up the crew and puts them behind bars.
The sought after cyber criminals who are the master mind behind the ransomware case were cuffed up and brought before justice by the agile and energetic detective Krist Perawat. Yet again he proves he is no man ordinary.
The media has been singing his praise constantly from the moment he had been transferred to Bangkok. At first the headlines have piqued Singto's interest and he was intrigued with the new officer who was emerging as the new superhero in town. The only difference being the lack of hidden identity or a cape or a cool car to boast. No. Singto was not implying that he was Batman. It was the media which was literally screaming it to the world with their poor worded articles.
