Y/Ns POV:
"Are we still on for tomorrow night then?"
"Of course"
"Okay I'll pick you up at 7"
Sem walks in the room.
"Sounds good" I say and turn around whispering a quick goodbye.
"Yeah?" I ask.
"Was that that guy you've been hanging out with recently?" She scoffs.
"His name is Luke and yes it was"
I reply. "I don't even see why you like him, I can think of so many guys who you'd be better with"
"Like...?"
She opens her mouth to reply but soon after closes it,r egretting what she was about to say. She's been acting
pretty odd [ ;) ] recently, I think it's about that whole fiasco the other day, in fact I'm positive that it has something to do with that.

After an hour of sitting, watching TV in silence she tells me that she's going out and won't be back until tomorrow. Sem waltzes out of the house within the next fifth teen minutes, leaving me alone and beyond bored.

I decide to go up to my room and sleep, because sleep is the only thing I can think of that will take my mind off things.
I enter the large room and throw myself on my bed, my e/c eyes widen as they look up to see it on the ceiling. It was huge. It's long spindly legs crept over the bare roof, taunting me by going slower. I could imagine it's eight eyes staring down at me, it's mouth,where it's hideous fangs hid, smirking, mocking my fear.

Nope. No no no no no. I don't do spiders. They are weird and scary and will eat us all in our sleep!!!

I stay absolutely still, frozen in defence and panic (!at the disco (Oml Casey stop)) I'm home alone and there is no way in hell in even attempting to get or kill that thing. Nope. No, I will have to call someone, but who????

I'd call sem but she's a hormonal bitch at the moment, I don't really know anyone else, well not anymore.

I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket.
"Hello?" I whisper not wanting to trigger the spider so it would eat my face off.
"Y/n? Why are you whispering?" Luke chuckles.
"...because there's a spider right above me" I mumble.
"Catch it in a glass"
"No way!" I yell quietly.

Knock!! Knock!!

"One minute there's someone at the door"
"It's fine I'll call you back later okay?"
"Yeah, bye" I reply and then crawl out of my room, staying low and silent.

I run down the stairs and swing open the door.
"Y/n! I'm so sorry for anything I said, is there anything I could do to make you consider forgiving me?"
His eyes gleamed, the blue in them seeming brighter than the last time I had seen him.

I think for a minute.

"You can get the spider out of my room" I say.
"Really? That's it? Ok sure"

He strides past me and makes his way to the kitchen. He goes to the cupboard where we keep the glasses and pulls out a pint glass. How does he know where everything is?

I follow him upstairs to my bedroom.
"Where is this little spidey then?"
"On the c...." It was gone.
"Shit!" I say and then jump on my bed.
"What?"
"It's disappeared!" I shout.
He jumps on my bed and holds me as a shield, "heyyyyyy!" I say as Colby almost shoves me off the bed.

"Aghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!" I scream as I spot it crawling creepily across the carpet. "ITS THERE GET IT" I yell, both of us topple over, he lands on top of me with a Thump!

We stay there for a good few seconds, his eyes flicker from my eyes to my lips.
"Can you get off me and catch that bloody spider?" I say, I smile, not wanting to be harsh.
"Oh yeah" he gets up and then traps the spider in the glass, sliding a magazine under it and then carrying downstairs and out into the garden, I refuse to let him put it right outside of the house. So he walks down the steps and puts it closer the neighbours, if it gets into their house I won't care too much because the other day I helped them with their shopping bags and she didn't even say thank you!! Fuck you Susan!!!

A/n again sorry I haven't updated in two weeks I promise I am trying to update more regularly but life is killing me (literally and metaphorically) anyways thank you so much for continuing to read this book, ily all sm.
