"What do you mean the female died!?!"screamed the president, Jackson Palmer.
"I mean the female got shot by poachers for her fur. We managed to get the body and send them to jail before they could skin her," the vice president, Jake Alter, explained to the president.
"This is outrageous! How could they get into the park and kill Samantha? Who was on guard that day? I will have them killed on the spot. Should we have it done publicly?" Jackson was absolutely furious. How could some one kill the last female tiger of them all?
"Joey, the new kid, was on duty the morning that she was found. We don't know when the incident actually happened. I don't think that someone would be stupid enough to do it in the morning when all the tourists are there, looking for the last two tigers. For some reason that just doesn't make sense to me. I would think that they would try it at night. The night guard was Kim. She is the best guard we have so I don't think they got through the gate at all. I think they probably either cut the fence or jumped it. I don't see how though. We just put in an electric fence because we were learning about people trying to get into the park. I ju-" Jake was cut short by President Jackson.
"Shut up. You're going way too fast. The most I heard was that people were trying to kill both of my tigers and that it wasn't the guards fault that my beautiful tiger was killed on their shift!!!" President Jackson was absolutely furious.
"Yes. It sounds bad but it's the truth. I'm sorry," Jake was truly feeling bad for the president.
"I am so sad for the male. He must be so sad and we can't do anything about it," President Jackson was almost in tears. He was so sad.
Here's the story on why President Jackson was devastated.
He found a cub. It was a male. President Jackson named him Kintaro. A few years later he ran from home. Everybody thought it was for the better that he was gone. Then a year later President Jackson went out hunting and found two tigers. One male and one female. He knew by the weird scar on Kintaro's leg that it was him. Kintaro was protecting the female tiger laying behind him. President Jackson decided to bring them to his house until he could build them a sanctuary. Since then he has loved both of them dearly but now one of them was gone.
The female had just had a litter of one. Kintaro wasn't going to take care of the little one so he just took him to the side of the road. From there the baby went to the nursery and was now being taken care of by the maids and animal specialists. But Kintaro was on his own and had to watch his own back. At least he didn't have to worry about a little one at all. That made the president a little happier.
"Okay now we must figure out how to keep Kintaro safe but also make him happy again. We need to make a plan,"
