Two Broken hearts

(Y/n's pov)
I turn around to see Ai on the ground shaking and the car driving away quickly.
"AI!"I scream and run to him.
I fall onto the ground next to him with tears already flowing freely down my face.
"AI,Ai are you okay!?"I ask.
He doesn't respond,His body only continues to shake.
"Ai,Please answer me."I say bending over him and crying.
I hug him close and cry.
What do I do?
...The professor..
I grab Ai's busted phone for his pocket and try to look at his contacts.
Soon enough I find the professor and call him.
"Hello?"The professor asks.
"A CAR WAS RUSHING STRAIGHT FOR ME AND AI PUSHED ME OUT OF THE WAY AND NOW HES ON THE GROUND SHAKING!!"I scream.
".....I'm on my way."He says and hangs up.
I continue to hold Ai close while waiting hoping for the best.
After a couple minutes the professor pulls up next to me and picked Ai up.
"Y/n,Get in."He says and I get in.
He races back to his lab and picks Ai up again with me following.
Once inside he lays Ai on a table and asks me to wait outside.
I nod and walk out.
...Please Be Okay..
Time skip
Finally the door opens and I jump up.
....
"I-is He.."I start.
"..I'm sorry but.."He starts.
No..
"It looks like your going to have to deal with him a bit longer."The professor says with a smile.
I glare at him and punch his arm and then run into the room to see Ai sitting up on the table not shaking as much now.
"AI!"I yell.
Ai looks up to me and smile.
I run up to him and he puts his arms out.
I hug him,Gently so I don't hurt him more.
"Aren't you luck."The professor says.
"How is getting hit by a car lucky?"I ask glaring at the professor.
"He's a Android..So I was able to fix him,A normal person would have died for all the damaged He received."The professor says.
I sigh and hug Ai a bit tighter.
Then I realize..
He's shirtless.
I blush and let go.
"...Did you just now realize?"The professor says with a chuckle.
"S-Shut up!"I yell.
The professor only chuckles more.
"I don't even see how you ended up on the street if you got hit by a car."The professor says.
"Like I said,The car was racing towards me on the side walk.."I say.
The professor freezes.
"..have you seen this car before?"The professor asks.
"...Now that you mention it..THAT SAME CAR ALMOST RAN OVER ME YESTERDAY!!I yell.
"Crap.."The professor says.

(Professor pov)
...If I wait to tell her anymore she..She May not make it to know the truth.
I sigh and look up at her.
"...Y/n..Do you remember what I told you about your family?"I ask.
(Y/n's pov)
"...Yes."I say.
"...It wasn't the..Full Truth."The professor says.
"What?"I ask.
".....Your family did die the way I told you but that's not everything."The professor says.
"After I rushed you out of the building I didn't put you in foster care,I took you to Japan along with..Ai."The professor says.
"...You mean..I.."I say and look at Ai shocked.
"She's the girl I remember form when I was young?"Ai asks.
The professor nods.
"...When I took you to Japan I raised you as my daughter until you were around the age 4 and a half."The professor says.
"While I was in my lab and you and Ai were playing outside I heard you both scream,I came running outside to see someone holding a knife coming towards you."He says.
"I ran to grab you and Ai and then ran inside,I locked the door and called the police Tnankfully the police arrested two people that were trying to kill you,All because you saw what happened to your parents that day.."The professor says.
"....."I try to say something but no words leave my mouth.
"....I was terrified that they would kill you if they got out so I Put you into foster care,Soon the mikado's adopted you and you went to live with them...Half a year later..Your parents were killed in a fire..I suspect the two people started to get rid of you.."The professor says looking down.
I feel tears starting to build on the edge of my eyes.
"...Your saying,that I could die anytime."I say.
The professor nods.
Ai looks at me Worry and Sadness clear on his face.
I stand up and walk outside telling them not to follow me for the moment,And that I'd be right back.
Once outside I freely let the tears fall.
How could this happen.
How could so much happen to me that I couldn't remember?
So much trauma,That I simply just...Just didn't even know..
I slide my back on the wall downtown onto ground and tuck my head into my knees.
All that could be heard for hours were my loud sobs.
(Ai's pov)
I sit on the other side side of the door that Y/n walked out of waiting for her to come back inside.
With each sob she let sour my heart aches for her.
...If I have one that is.
Soon her sobbing quiets down so I stand up and open the door slowly.
"Y/n..?"I ask.
"..W-What?"She asks.
I come out the door of see her with her head tucked into her knees.
I walk up to her and bend down.
She finally looks up at me.
I put both hands on either side of her and kiss her.
After I pull away I see her blushing slightly and I hug her.
(Y/n's pov)
"I won't let anything happen to you."Ai says hugging me tightly.
"...I know you won't."I say and hug him back.
(A/n note)
So I realized...
That I accidentally put to much talking in the last chapter and so I could not fit the rest of the story in this one...
