Bella's pov

I rested the tiny body in the cot, slightly rocking it back and forth, until her small blue eyes shut. I quietly got up, careful not to knock anything over or the cot. I tip-toed out of the room, turning on the moons and stars light shade on and quietly shutting the plain white door. I padded into the kitchen, opening the fridge, grabbing the cold noodles I hadn't finished from the night before. I placed it in the microwave and pressed the buttons for two minutes.

The small box slowly spinned in a circle. I grabbed a fork out of the cutlery drawer and waited in front of the microwave; thirty seconds. I stared at the clock on the oven; 10:30pm. Shit. I put her to bed too late.

The microwave beeped knocking the worry of sending my baby to bed too late. I quickly grabbed the box out of the microwave and stabbed my fork in it, picking up a mouthful and shovelling it in my mouth.

As I was about to swallow a large mouthful of noodles, my phone vibrated.

I looked over at it; Luke?

What does he want?

Luke:

I'm outside your door... I don't want to wake Poppy...x

I sighed, dumping the noodle box on the dining table, and lazily getting up from the wooden chair to get the door for Luke.

I opened the door and there he stood, roses in his left hand and his rucksack slung over his right shoulder.

"Hey." He smiled, showing his perfect straight teeth.

"Hey." I smiled back, running into his arms and hugging him, stuffing my head into the crook of his neck, taking in his intoxicating scent.

"I missed you." I heard him whisper into my hair.

"I missed you more." I smirked into his neck.

We pulled away from each others embrace as he gave me the roses.

"I take it you're staying the night?" I looked him in the eye.

"You got that right." He kissed me passionately on the lips.

Our make out session was cut short when we heard Poppy crying.

"I'll be right back." I chuckled, heading into the direction of Poppy's bedroom.

"I need to ask you something and I also need to discuss something with you." he but his lip; he was nervous.

"Ok." I smiled, opening the door of Poppy's bedroom. I picked her up out of her cot and rocked her in my arms until she fell asleep.

I rested her in the cot, following the same actions before Luke arrived and before I started to eat my noodles.

I walked back in the living room to see Luke's rucksack on the floor and him holding something in his hand.

"What did you want to ask me?" I smiled, walking over to him.

"Well... Bella... I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you... But firstly... We need to to tell the boys that Poppy is my baby because I can't keep sneaking around like this anymore... I love you and I hate not to express that in front of the boys because they don't know..." he sighed. I stared him in the eye.

"I think it's time to tell them Luke. I love you so much." I ran into his arms, hugging him tightly.

He pulled away and got down on one knee...

"Bella... will you do the honour of becoming my bride, my wife, the one I love until the day we die? Bella... will you marry me?" he pulled a red velvet box out from the clasp of his hand and gently opening it... there was, a beautiful diamond ring...

"Luke..."
