Sometimes being a christian is really hard Im telling you but when I look at my life I just see how much god keeps me. I live in the worst possible neighborhood its so annoying gunshots, police, parties everyday I really hate.

" Cody make sure you get your clothes ready for school tommorow becaus you will not be late again".

That's my mom Trudy. I love my mom shes a single mother taking care of three kids and my grandma. My mom never complains ever and she is the sweetest women. MY brother on the other hand.

"Mom can you tell Joseph to take his stuff out the dryer so I can put mine in there"

"Why dont you just take it out" Joseph said.

"No its yours can you take it out please"

"Cody you see Im doing something, go do it yourself"

I really cant stand my brother Joseph he is so rude and he act like hes older than me. We use to be so close, we still are we just argue alot. My sister Rita I love her but we so different and similar in so many ways.

Ocationally we all gather down stairs and watch the office.We be cracking up, Joseph and I be analyzing everything about the show its hilarious but the good times doesnt last for long

Boom!

"Jesus...I want to go back to my old house" Trudy said.

"I know mom it's so dangerous around here and loud I hate it".

We had to move in my here because my mom had lost her job and couldnt pay the bills. But she found a new one thanks to god. My mom hates living here, and I just thank god because he keeps us safe everyday.

We heard all this noise so we went to the door to see what was going on. Long and behold some boy was getting arrested.

" He didnt do nothing" This random lady said trying to pull the cops off her son.

"Mam please step back or I will have to take you in too" The police man said.

The sad part about thios whole thing is he so young probably a year over me getting arrested, Im praying for these people because they headed down a bad road.

The next Morning.......

"Get up Cody....cody get ya butt up"

This is one of the worst parts about going to school getting up so early.

"Okay Okay Im getting up" Mumbling my words.

Soon as I get up I put my music to get me motivated for the day. Today I feel like listening to Jesus culture I love there music. When I get up I just talk to my home boy god just to thank him for me waking up.

" Hey god first I just want to say your Amazing thankyou for letting me see today you blow my mind. Your so awesome god keep us safe today as we all go our ways and let me be an example for you and not compromise  I love you lord in your name I pray amen".

I finally got dressed but Im really slow because I like to loook fly where ever I go.

" Cody hurry up if you want a ride" Rita yelled.

"Okay Im coming rite now"

I had to get that ride because I did not want to catch the train because it takes forever than I have to get on the bus no way hosea. But now its back to school one thing you need to know about me is that I hate school.
