chapter 6: Scary stories!

I'm just getting straight to the story, enjoy!

As we get closer to our beautiful spot in the part,Sally starts giggling,making Liu blush. Whatever there talking about must be embarrassing to Liu. Toby Snickers,and points to Chris,who's STILL driving. I raise an eyebrow,and he answers "l-liu over t-there came up w-with little n-nicknames f-for them" he laughed slightly,then twitches," liu-boo and Christ". I couldn't help it. I laughed aloud,and it scared the crap outta Liu,making me and Toby laugh louder. Sally smiled,and pointed to the lanterns,saying "if we're going to make them fly,we need to make them fly fast!". Chuckling softly,I murmured "and how do we do that?". She grinned happily and said "scary stories".

We got to the hill a few minutes late,so we quickly layed out the blankets,and got our snacks,Toby lighting the lanterns and passing them out. We all agreed Sally and Liu would tell a story,and see who's went the fastest. Then we'd pay our respects to our passed loved ones. Liu ate a cookie,and said "me first. I know a great story". All four us leaned in,and listened. Smiling he said "it's about a cannibal named "eyeless jack". Super scary". Sally giggled and whisperd "I know this one". Liu chuckled and continued. "His skin gray,and a face of a true monster,he hides it behind a mask. A blue mask,witch leaks black.....gunk?....from it!" Toby laughed at the hesitant response. "He can still get around well,and is known to use a scaple (did I spell it right?) To get the best results from his victims." Confused,I murmured "why?". Liu grinned and said "one word; cannibal".
Chris paused,and looked at Liu,wide eyes. He continues "his main food source comes from human organs,mostly kidneys. But he'll eat the whole body if given chance. Some claim he's real,so stay away from the woods. He mainly wears black,so be weary. Don't trust everyone". SCARRY.
Sally giggled and said "me! Me!" While shutting everyone up. She cleared her throat and said "mine is LAUGHING jack!". Toby and I was confused. Wasn't it eyeless jack? Sally said "laughing jack is a clown! A big,scary,black and white demon clown!" I looked at Liu. He's Smiling.
"He has loooong~ arms,and sharp teeth. He finds kids who are most neglected,and befriends them,giving they poisoned candy everyday. By the time there parents notice,it's too late. Or he'll just use his hands,that shape into claws!it's very messy!" She giggled,and hugged her teddy bear,who's name was Charlie. It's cute.
Toby was shaking and twitching,scared straight. Chris kpt giving looks to Liu.....I stared at the bear. It looks so.......demonish. it's fur,it's button eyes......that smile.....it's so....cute,yet weird.....I'm scared. Sally smiled and said "race time!". After getting them ready and set up,we released the lanterns. Mine went the fastest. Then Toby's,Chris,Liu and Sally. Most people say spirit's pull there loved ones close. Dad said that..

"Daddy,why do balloons fly so high?". I sat at the table,drawing a doggie. I am 6,and happily drawing. He smiled and said "because the dead wish to see there family. That balloon is there gift,and the wind carring it away is the bond between them". He finished cutting the carrot sticks. Laughing,he said "little Susu,would you like to help me make the carrot cake?" Smiling,I said no,and ran to my room.
I lived up my blanket to see that smiling face I love. Whispering,he said "I have more candy for you". Giggling,I took it from his hands,and ate the jolly ranchers. He was gone seconds later.

Gasping,I looked up at the sky. Is dad still trying to get me to see him? Why do I feel like this. And who was that man under my bed. I surely would've remembered him,no? Chuckling softly,we said our thanks,and went home. My mum was still gone,so I grabbed a pop and went to my room to lay down. As I went to sleep,I heard a beep from my computer. It was probably just a notification....
