<Bella>

"The sexy suds car wash is tomorrow. The football team and the band have committed. Well, not all the band. Just the ones who can pull off a bikini. I want in-your-face sexy. I mean, it's a fundraiser, for God sake." Caroline tells me and I excuse myself from the group, but just before I get away Caroline asks, "You'll participate, right, Bell?" I groan and say, "Yes, but you need to help find me a bathingsuit." She squeals and says, "We go shopping after school."

I walk over to Elena and Bonnie as Elena says, "Unbelievable. It's like nothing happened." "People deal with things in different ways." I say and Bonnie adds, "She's in denial." I look up and see Stefan, "Hey." He says to Elena and Bonnie says, "Hey, uh, you know, we gotta go, uh, be somewhere right now." We both turn and quickly walk away from the awkward conversation.

Bella

I wake up with a gasp, where the-what was that?

Bella

I look around and see nothing but my swimsuit around. "I am officially going crazy." I whisper to myself before lying back down.

Bella

I close my eyes as tight as I can, putting a pillow over my ears.

Bella

I sit up, very alert. That's Damon's voice. I get out of bed walking downstairs carefully, grabbing the bat out of the closet on the way down. I squeal when I hear a bird crow, turning quickly I see a crow right outside my window. By now the tears are streaming down my face I'm so afraid. Suddenly the bird flies away.

"No friend discounts. No freebies. No pay ya laters. We are not running a charity here." Caroline says to Elena and she nods, "No, we are not." She says sarcastically and Stefan comes up behind us and says, "Hi." "Hey!" Elena says and Caroline and I stand up, "The event is called sexy suds, you know." Caroline says jokingly and I giggle as she walks off, "Did we just get scolded?" Stefan asks making me giggle more, "And judged, yeah." Elena says and my giggles get louder, "Nice to see you again, Bella." Stefan greets and I say, "You too, Stefan."

"I'm sorry, but I guess you're going to habe to take that off." Elena says and my eyes widen, "And that's my cue to leave." I say walking around the table but before I leave I turn and say, "Hey, Stefan. You said that Damon was gone, right?" He looks at me strangely before saying, "Yes, why?" I close my eyes and shake my head slightly, "No reason." I say and turn, walking away.

Bella

I hear and wince, "Get out of my head." I whisper, closing my eyes tightly, "I'm just observing." Matt says as I walk over and grab a sponge, "Oh! Tiki. This one's yours." Bonnie says and I look to see a very dirty car, "Why do I always get the homely ones?" Tiki groans and I frown, "I got it, Tiki." I tell her and bring a bucket and sponge over, "Don't listen to her, she's very rude." I whisper to the owner of the car and he smiles at me.

I spin around when I hear and explosion and a squeal, I giggle at the soaking wet Tiki.

Bella

I put my hands over my ears and almost start crying again, why can't it just leave me alone? I wince when I see a crow on the top of a pole, "Bells! Come here!" Caroline calls and I walk over, she puts her arm through mine and says, "Need more arms for towels." We walk into the school and to the closet, I groan when we find out it's locked.

Bella

I wince at the voice and turn when I hear a noise, "Did you hear that?" I ask and Caroline completely ignores me, "I'm gonna go get the key, be right back." She says and walks out, I try to stay calm as I look down the hall, I turn and scream a bit at Damon right behind me, "Bella, help me. Bella. Help me." He says and I back away before turning and running outside.

Bella

I bump into Elena talking to some guy, "Sorry! Elena, please tell Caroline I wasn't feeling well and had to go home." I say and she looks at me worriedly, "Are you okay, Bells?" She asks and I smile, "I'm fine." I lie and run off again. Just to my luck I bump into another person and this time it's Stefan, I hit him so hard I fall but he doesn't move, he turns and helps me up, "Are you okay, Bella?" He asks and I force a smile, "I'm fine." I turn to run more but am stopped by another Damon, "Bella, help." He says and I shake my head, walking through him.

"Bella!" Stefan calls but I don't turn back because of the soft whisper of Bella.

So, against my better judgement, here I am outside the Salvatore Boarding House. Why am I doing this?

Bella

I walk across the grass and inside the doors, hearing someone whisper my name all the way, "Hello?" I call.

Bella

I try my best to follow the voice and it leads me to the basement, "Damon?" I call softly as I walk down the stairs, I turn corner after corner calling Damon's name, I turn one more corner into a narrow, dark tunnel, "Damon?" I call and finally find him in a cage looking half dead, "Oh my God! What happened?" I ask then I furrow my eyebrows and step back.

"How did I know you were here?" I ask slowly, he painfully gets up and says, "Because I wanted you to. Very, very badly." He stumbles to the bars and pleads, "Let me out of here. Please." I go to turn the lock but pause and say, "You hurt Caroline." "She liked it. Just ask her." He replies, I nod and slowly opening the lock when I hear, "No!" But it was too late.

A man comes up and fights the door, "Get out of here! Run. Run!" He yells and I don't think twice, I turn down hall after hall, but I'm too slow and he grabs my foot but I kick him in the face and continue running, I run out the door and hear a painful scream behind me.
