The boy turns his gaze to the principle and nods, turning toward Yeona to take the schedule from her hands.

"Follow me." He says.

He starts to walk, Yeona following him while Hee-Chul keeps his distance from the pair, following them from a few feet away.

"I'm Taehyung by the way, I guess you already knew that though. It looks like I'm in your art and graphic design class. I'm a second year and most of my friends are upperclassmen and a couple of them have even graduated a few years ago. Ah, you have most of your classes with my friend, Yoongi Hyung. You'll meet him later on though. Oh, sorry to bring this up out of the blue but I saw you on the news and I just wanna say I'm sorry about your dad and, you know, everything that had happened to you. I hope your new life here is better with us. Oh, look here, this is your math class with Mr. Ha." Taehyung smiles.

Yeona looks at Taehyung, not knowing how one person could talk so much in such a short amount of time. She looks into the classroom next to her and watches as the teacher looks up from his desk to meet her gaze, a smile forming on his lips.

"You must be Ms. Kim, it's a pleasure to have you in my class." He says.

Yeona gives him a small wave, following Taehyung to her next class, which he claims to be her English class with a woman named Mrs. Wong. Yeona was very surprised that all of her teachers were kind to her, it was something she really wasn't used to and she found that it made her feel fuzzy on the inside. As Taehyung led her through the school, he didn't waste any time in telling her his life story, going on and on about how great his 'Hyungs' were. She kept nodding when he would look at her but she was completely lost and tried her best to look interested when she really wasn't.

"That's all I have to show you. Do you have any questions?" He asks, stopping in the middle of the hallway.

"Yeah, how do you get to the roof?" She asks, trying to catch her breath from all the walking she had done.

"Oh, I'll show you the way." He smiles.

He leads them to a stairwell that was hidden at the very back of the school and opens the doors at the top to reveal the roof. Yeona took a double take at how big the building really was, smiling as she made her way to the edge of the building to look out over the small city she now resided in.

"That's the second time." Hee-Chul whispers from inside of the stairwell.

"Second time?" Taehyung repeats, turning toward him.

"Second time I've seen her smile since she came back from jail." Hee-Chul replies.

Taehyung fell silent before walking up to Yeona, looking at her side profile as she stared over the other buildings that surrounded the school.

"If you like it up here so much, you could join my friends and I up here for lunch." Taehyung suggests.

"Maybe." She replies, watching as birds fly off in the distance.

"I could introduce you to my friends." He smiles.

"Friends?" She repeats.

Taehyung looks at her in concern before hesitantly answering her.

"You haven't had friends at your old school?" He asks.

The way the sentence was worded made Yeona suddenly angry, turning her peaceful state hostile as she gave him a nasty glare.

"Do you wanna find out the reason I didn't?" She snarls at him

He moves back, tripping over his own feet in fear and falling on the ground, his heartbeat picking up the pace as she turns toward him.
