New Kid

The next morning, I woke up to my phone ringing. It was Alexa, "Hey, wanna hang out today?" "Sure..let me just get up and get ready." I said. " Wanna go to the mall?" She asked. " Yeah!" I said. She came and picked me up.

"Can we stop at Starbucks first?" I ask. "Ok." She says. I got a Caramel Frapuchino with extra caramel and Alexa got a Pink Drink. (Pinkity drinkity😂) We stayed there for a bit and a bit walked up to us. "Hello?" He said. I turn around, "hi?" "Oh, I am sorry, I thought you two were from my school." He said. "What's your name?" Alexa asked. "Mason Parulan. What about you two?" He said. "I am Alexa and that is Elise." She said. I waved my hand. "Can I hang out with you two while you guys are still here?" "Yes." I said. He smiled gently and sat in the chair across of Alexa.

"What school you two go to?" Mason asked. "Johnny High School. Where do you go?" I said. "Hamilton High," he said. I used to go to that school...he might know Michelle. "What grade you in?" I asked. "I'm a Junior."he says. Alexa caught on, "Do you Michelle? " "Yea..."he said.   We were asking too many questions...   "Excuse me," I said. I went to the bathroom. When I came back, I saw them giving each other their phones. "We should hang out more, if you want," says Mason. "Yea, of course!" Says Alexa blushing. "What are you two lovebirds doing?" I say playfully. Alexa grabs her jacket, puts the hood on her head and puts her head down. I looked at Mason, and mouthed, "Did you give her your number?" he nodded. "What are you two doing after y'all leave here?" Mason asked. "We are going to the mall," I said. "can I come?" says Mason. "yea," said Alexa out of nowhere.

After we left, Mason wasn't alone apparently.  He was with Mitchell??

Mitchell is my ex. He is a player that I don't even know why I fell for.  He broke my heart when I caught him cheating. He said he wasn't but when I went through his phone, it never said that. The proof was right in front of me. "Elise?" he says, sounding surprised. "Don't talk to me at all!!" I yelled. "What happened between them?" Mason asked Alexa. "That is her ex. He played her." Alexa said.

I played as if he wasn't there and enjoyed the rest of my day.  "Lets go to the food court!!" Mason says smiling. I can see in Alexa she is dying. "Isn't Mason AMAZING??" Alexa said, playing that she fainted on my shoulder. "No," I said, "What about Jeffrey?" "Yea, about that..." Alexa says. "What did you do?" I asked. "We were arguing and I might of told him to back off," She said. "Are you kidding?" I said. "No,'' she said. "Either way, I am going to ask Mason is he single for you," I said. "Please don't!!" She said. "I am doing it" I said. "fine," she said looking at the floor. Both of us catched up to Mason.

Mason POV:

After we sat down and started eating our Canes, "I know this might sound like a weird question, but are you single?" Elise asked without hesitation. "Yea I am," I said. Right after, Alexa dropped her french fry onto her plate and put her head down. Elise just started giggling. Does Alexa like me?  Hope she does.

"Hey, is it ok if I get your phone number?" I asked Elise. "Umm, sure." Elise said. I can feel Alexa just staring at me. "Can I ask both of y'all a question?" I say. "Yea," said Elise. "Are you guys single?" I asked. "I am," says Alexa. "I'm not," said Elise. "Really? BY who?" Alexa asked. "Lorenzo," said Elise. "Oh, ok." I said.

We bumped into Michelle at the mall. "Hey Michelle!!"I said, hugging her. "I have big news!!" said Michelle. "What is it?" asked Alexa. " I am going to Johnny High with you two!!" She says, jumping around happily. She looks around and found Mason. "Hey, Mason." She says. "Hey Michelle,"  said Mason. " I also have news for you too, I am also going to Johnny High." "You are?" Alexa asked. "yup" He said. "Ok, see you around,'' said Michelle.

On our way back home, we but Bluetooth on. Alexa went first and put on Love Lies by Khalid and Normani. Next I went, I put on Trust Fund Baby by Why Don't We. Once Alexa dropped me off I went inside and someone or something grabbed me by the shirt and I fell down...
