In the world whose air brings peculiar energy called "Respira", some people controlled this energy and unlocked individual magic-forces; they are called "Bearers". Some respira-users do not have their unique magic-force and just use raw respira powers to cast magic; they use certain kinds of equipment as medium. Magic-force has certain type-groups that differs from each other; fire, water, psyche, nature, earth, wind, ice, beast, metal, poison, divine and dark. The bearers form brotherhoods called as "Magic Councils"; to officially form a council, the bearers must call and make contract with celestials such as Dragon, Messiah or Idol, and must appoint a member to be the Council's Master.
Year C018, the 15 Bearing-Kings enslaved millions of people; letting them work for their will. They control the world's largest and most powerful magic-council, the "Golden Pride", which is contracted with the golden-dragon Ginto. Under the will of their unknown superior, they ruled the world, leading it upon their ambition.
HPT Brigade, an infamous magic-council which is contracted with an artificial dragon Yylvern, a mixture of black dragon and blue dragon's DNA. They are the wanderers of the seas; they dominate the vast blue ocean, Nawasa. Swearing an oath to change the world, they sent destruction and have been a threat to the humanity and even the Golden pride Council. Lou, Neil, JuneLee, Rey, Lloyd, Chris, Maxwell and their acting leader, Jojo, with their ship, Lili; they will travel the world, bringing peace and destruction, love and hate, and most specially, death and life.
