I remember that night every day. I remember it like it just happened. I remember every detail. I remember him stabbing me over and over again. I remember the pain. I remember his laughter and my screaming. I remember slowly dying. I remember crying until no more tears came out of my eyes. I remember hovering over my body wondering why I could see myself. I wondered why no one was trying to save me. I couldnt remember why I couldnt wake myself up. I mostly remember meeting Jefferson. He was my gaurdian angel.
"Who are you?" I asked while crying over my lifeless body. A man wearing black leather shoes, black jeans, a black shirt, and a leather jacket was standing over me. Though he was dressed in all black, he seemed to glow as bright as a star. "I am Jefferson. I am your gaurdian angel." he said and looked down at me. "Youre my what?" I ask and stand up. I never believed in angels, god or the devil. "Gaurdian angel." he said and walked closer to me. "If you are my gaurdian angel how come I can see you?" I ask and back away. This isnt true. "Becasue, you're dead." he said cooly. "How come you didn't protect me. Isnt that what you're supposed to do?"I said in a harsh tone. I didnt't know who to be mad at. The world, me, him. I didn't know. "I tried, but you my dear, didnt listen. That voice that said not to go out with your friend, that was me telling you no. That voice telling you to turn the other way, was me. But you didn't listen .You sweety, can't be mad at me." He said and walked closer to me. "That voice was you?" I said in complete shock. I always heard his voice, and I always ignored him. I looked at him and remembered everytime I heard his voice. Now I wished that I did listen. "It was always me, Rosalie." he said and grabbed my hand. I looked into his pericing blue eyes and felt my world fall apart.
One Year Later-
"Bobby!" I yelled from my chamber. I wait a few minutes, until I hear my door opening. I know it's Bobby so I dont bother to turn around.
"Yes, Rosalie?" he says in an annoyed manner.
"Have you heard from Jefferson lately?" I ask trying to hide my curiosity.
"You can stop trying to hide it. Everyone knows that you care for him." Bobby states. I shift uncomfortably in my chair.
"That wasn't the answer I was looking for." I say and look down at the ground.
"The answer you're looking for is, no, I haven't heard from Jefferson." he says sadly. That was the answer I was scared of. Jefferson has been gone for three weeks and hasn't left anyone a message.
"Rose, he's going to be fine. He's probably just doing a side job with Lynex. You know hes going to be fine." he says and walks closer to me.
"Is he Bobby? He's never been gone this long without telling us. He's always come back when he said he would and he's late." I say harshly and look up at my blonde haired friend.
"You said that everytime he came back late. You have worried like this everytime. Everytime he returned, and he was always right by your side again. You have no need to worry. Ever since he brought you home, here, that night he has never left your side, and he has never broken his promise. Don't worry. Please." Bobby said with sincere eyes. I had to believe him. It was true. Ever since he brought me here, he never left my side and when he did, he made sure someone was watching over me.
"You're right. I shouldn't worry. You know how I am." I say with a shy smile.
"Yes I do, and sometimes wish I never did." he says with a playful smirk. That's what I loved about Bobby. He always made me happy and always made sure that I was okay. Given the fact that making sure I was okay was his job, he was damn good at it. Ever since Jefferson brought me here, he had Bobby made sure I was okay. He knew that if he didn't Jefferson would kick his ass. I never knew why either, I just knew there was this big secret everyone was hiding from me, and that everyone had to watch over me. They think I didn't notice, but I did. Eveyone does everything and anything to make sure Im happy. I just hope Im not apart of some prophecy or something. I must've been lost in my thoughts because Bobby yelled my name.
