Aiden walked aimlessly down the dark, abandoned streets while looking for his missing girlfriend. He hadn't seen Sage since the night before and no one that he contacted seemed to know where she was. The young dark haired man was really starting to worry. What if something terrible happened to her? she could be dead for all he knew.

"Excuse me! Excuse me! Have you seen this girl? Please just answer me." The worried young man asked a random stranger as he passed him on the street. He was standing there shaking with the girls picture held up in front of the other mans face.

The older and confused man, took a close look at the beautiful blond that laid before his eyes on the photo, but couldn't recall ever seeing her before. He just quickly shook his head, saying "no" he hadn't seen her before and then scurried down the street.

The handsome young man with bright green eyes, had been at it all day and night and was really starting to feel useless. He took one last look at the photo and attempted to shove it in his pocket. Then he hastily took off down the road and back over to the sidewalk.

He placed his hand over his pocket and patted his jacket to make sure that the photo was still there. He turned behind him in a panic when he realized that he dropped it. He stopped dead in his tracks when he noticed a stunning young, dark haired woman as she stood there, with what looked like the photo that he had dropped, in her hands. "I believe that, that is mine." The young man said in a sharp voice as he walked closer to the silent girl.

Nikita watched in anticiaption as the handsome, young man walked smoothly down the street and toward her. She had to admit that he seemed pretty flawless for a human. It sorta sparked a bit of interest inside of her. She held the photo that she had just picked up, out in front of her and waited for the disturbed man to grab it from her.

Aiden stood face to face with the striking young woman as she licked her lucious lips. For a second he almost forgot what he was doing out in the streets so late at night. He remembered suddenly what it was, when his eye caught the photo in her out reached hand. His hand reached out faster than he expected and grabbed for the photo of Sage. "Um... thanks. I-I.. have you seen her?" He stuttered to the young woman as she stood there motionless and looking cold.

The young woman took a quick glance at the photo and then threw it at the man. She recognized the young girl from her house in a heartbeat. It made her feel sick to her stomach that she had to end her suffering, due to her cold-hearted roommate. She shrugged her shoulders, pretending not to care and then turned the other direction. "No! Maybe you should just give up and go home. Maybe she ran away." She said in a cold calculating tone.

The tired young man couldn't help but to think that she had seen his Sage. Without thinking, he threw his arm out and grabbed ahold of the girls thin fragile wrist. His hand instantly felt like ice. He pulled away, thinking that maybe the young girl was in some kind of trouble. Maybe on some kind of drug, or maybe she was hurt. It was a chilly night, but not cold enough to be as cold as her icy skin was. "Have you seen her? Please don't lie to me." The worried young man said in a saddened voice.

Nikita looked down at her wrist in shock. No one had ever grabbed her in that manner before. A matter of fact, no one had touched her in a long time. It had been almost five years since Dusk had saved her from her cruel maker, and she couldn't remember being touched since then. She brought her golden eyes up to his green ones and gave him a light shove. "No! Now leave me be, before there's any trouble." She spat at the young man, feeling just a tiny bit bad for his loss.

Aiden suddenly worried that maybe he was scaring the young girl and that was the last thing that he wanted. All he wanted was to find his missing girlfriend and to go home, in his nice cozy bed. He walked up behind the young lady as she stood facing the other direction. "I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to scare you. I just want to find my girlfriend. She means everything to me." He said in a soft voice, being sure to not scare the young lady any more than she might've been.

Nikita let out a cold laugh and waved her arm back at the young man. "That's ok. It takes a lot to scare me. Good luck on your search." She said in a cold voice as she walked away, leaving the confused young man behind. She couldn't help but to wonder what it felt like to lose someone that you loved. She had been so cruel and cold, for so long that she didn't remember any good feelings anymore. It made her whole body shiver to think about actually feeling again.

The young vampire feeling like she needed to shake off the disturbed mans presence, made her way through the breezy night and to the nearest bar. She would have a few drinks, even though alcohol wouldn't effect her and play with a few people. She could never resist putting thoughts into other peoples minds and making them feel like they were going insane. That was one of her few gifts that she was blessed with when she was turned. It didn't work very well on other vampires, but worked like magic on humans.

Nikita pushed her way through the closed door to the poorly lit bar and stepped inside. She could instantly read what was on the large group of peoples minds. She looked around at the twenty some odd people and put an angelic smile on her face. She laughed to herself when she read the effect that she had on half of the bar. She could've took anyone of those guys home, with her and probably their girlfriends as well. It never got old, being adored by the world.

The young vampire flirtatiously flipped her dark hair over her shoulder and sat between to men, about in their late twenties. "Hey boys. Can a lady get a drink?" She asked while rubbing her bare leg with her finger to get the guys attention. Not that she needed to, but enjoyed the extra effect.

Both of the men instantly waved for the bartenders attention and odered her a cocktail. The man on her left got the drink first and sat it down in front of her. He smiled as his short blond hair hung in his brown eyes. Then he took his stubby hand and rubbed his sweaty forehead. "Here you go miss. What is a young, beautful lady like you doing here alone at night?" He asked while eyeing her hand as she played with her cherries in her glass.

Nikita smiled at the unattractive guy and then placed a cheery on her tongue. She licked it a few times and then sucked it down. "I'm not alone. I'm here with this guy." She lied as she grabbed ahold of the slightly attractive young man on her right.

The younger man with black hair looked confused for a second, but then suddenly she played with his mind. The cuter of the guys, smiled at her and handed the other guy the drink that he had just purchased for her. "Yeah! Trista is with me. Now take this glass before I smash it in your face." The young man said in a cold voice.

The young vampire, made him believe that they were on a date and that her name was Trista. He thought that it was his job to make sure that no other guys talked to her.

The older of the two men, snatched the glass away from the angry guy and slammed it on the counter. "You guys didn't even walk in...." He started to say, before he went blank for a minute and felt totally confused. Then the unattractive older man, stood up and walked over to stand in front of the younger man. "You must be going crazy. The girl is here with me." He spat in anger at the obviously better looking man.

Nikita threw her head back and laughed an evil amused laugh as she slammed both of her drinks. She loved to watch the stupid men fight over her. It made her want to burst from happiness from the inside. After being cooped up all of the time, she still needed to have some fun.

After a few minutes of watching the men argue, they suddenly grew angrier with each other and started to come at each other. The young vampire stood up from her bar stool and walked towards the door. She laughed as a few people ran over to break up the fight. Then she cleared her hold over them and watched as they both stood there looking dazed and confused. They looked at each other and then out at the crowd of people surrounding them. Feeling satisfied with her fun for the night, the young vampire walked out of the bar and headed back home.

Now to check up on that evil roommate.....
