(3) The perfect date

Sophia P.O.V :

It was dinner time , I got to the dining room and sat down beside Nick , Dad wasn't there again , a tear streamed down my face when I remembered the whole day and what happened in it ,

I always loved Nick , even if he is cold and a show-off , he is my brother though , but he doesn't love me back , I remembered how he treated me and remembered how Hank kissed me , I always wanted to talk to him but he just wouldn't talk to me so .....moving on ,

I can't believe this is happening for real and We are only twelve , but I wonder what if dad found out about what he did to me ? However Nick saw me crying , he asked me :
" What is wrong ? " I looked at him , tears in my eyes , I got furious than ever

" so now you're talking to me ? Don't ever talk to me and for your information I will never forgive you " I stood up and went to my room , I started studying , but Hank called me :

" Hello , Sophia , I'm coming now to pick you up , Are you ready ? "
Oh my god , I totally forgot about the date , I said calmly :
" Hank , It might take a while , but I'll be ready , you know , I want to look at my best when It is about you , I love you "

" OK , I'll wait , I love you , too "
I hanged up and I started wearing my dress with Eiffel tower on it , I put on some make-up , then I got down to see Hank waiting with my private servant , She asked me :

" Miss , Do you know him ? "
" yes , he is my boyfriend , plus you need to relax , Ruby "
" OK , Miss "

I walked hand in hand with Hank , We went to that Deli , apparently His Family own it , The place is amazing on the inside ,

" Hank , This place is amazing , Why I never came here ? Oh , right "
We chuckled , a woman with brown hair and brown eyes came along , She hugged me , I hugged back then We let go ,
" Hi , I'm Rosa , Hank's mommy , you must be Sophia "
" yeah , That's me "
" well , Nice to meet you , Sophia , Don't call me Mrs Zipzer , Call me Rosa "
" OK , Rosa , I'll get used to it , Thanks by the way "
" You're welcome , sweet heart "

We sat down on a table , Hank was next to me , Rosa served us Spicy Salami , It was hot but delicious , followed by chocolate milkshake , so delicious as well , Hank started talking to me:
" so Sophia , What do you normally do on your free time ? "

" I actually love reading , singing , dancing , texting but not much , What do you do ? "
" I like playing games , watching TV , and..... Spending time with the people I love like you "
I just couldn't hide my smile , he looked in my eyes , then We both leaned in , Our lips nearly touched but somebody interrupted the moment ,

" Hey , Lovebirds , How are you doing ? " It was Hank's dad Stanley Zipzer , My dad hates him so much ,but again , My dad hates everybody

" Dad , you just cut the moment " Hank said , obviously annoyed , Stan ignored him , he said :
" I see you brought Sophia McKelty to our Deli " he said awkwardly ,
" Dad , Stop it , you can't say that " Hank said , Stan ignored him again ,

" Sophia , How is your dad , Tell him I say Hi " he said , I looked at him , with a smile ,
" I will , Thank you Mr Zipzer , You're so nice " I said , he looked at me amazed ,
" Why are you being nice ? " He asked , Hank looked at him ,

" It's nothing , just need you to know that I'm nothing like my dad , or my brother , I love your son , He's cute , nice , romantic , and I want you to accept me as your son's girlfriend " I said quietly , Rosa came along , She looked at her husband

" Stan , What are you doing here ? I need you at table 3 , RIGHT NOW " She said yelling , I heard Hank whispering " Thanks , Mum " , then We completed chatting ,

" so , Tell me more about yourself , Sophia " Hank asked ,
" Well ,I'm Sophia , I don't talk too much , except with the people I love , That can change sometimes * breathing * I have a problem , When my pressure get too high , I faint , That happens because of thinking too much , or fighting with the people I love , sometimes I have a panic attack and I can't breath really well , My mother died in a car accident , I love to read , sing , dance , and I'm in love with you Hank Zipzer " I said smiling at the last part , Hank hugged me tight , I smiled and hugged back , Stan came again , obviously he was listening

" Let's forget what I said earlier , I'm Stanley Zipzer , nice to meet you " He said nervous ,
" Okay , I'm Sophia , nice to meet you , too " I said , He smiled , I smiled back , then he left ,

" Your dad seems nice , Why does my dad hate him ? " I asked ,
" I have no idea " he answered simply , We laughed , he looked at me right at the eyes , I looked back , then We leaned in again , Then Our lips touched each other , I pulled him closer me , He put his hands around my waist , I put my arm around his shoulder ,

my other hand are touching his neck from behind , playing at his hair , I guess everybody saw us because I heard clapping , We let go after 2 minutes , I looked at him once again , before I take a look at the clock on the wall , It was 8 o'clock , My eyes widened ,

" Oh my god , It is getting late , I have to go back home " I said in a rush ,
" wait , I'm going with you " he said , also in a rush , I nodded

He waited with me at the bus stop , When the bus was about to stop , I hugged Hank , I said while hugging "
" Thank you , Hank , I didn't have that much fun in years , I love you " he hugged me tighter ,
" Thank you , too ,You're the best , Sophia , I love you " We pulled away , I smiled , he smiled back , then I got on the bus while waving goodbye , I really had a great time today
