Hi everyone! Thank you for choosing to listen(?) (read) what I have to say. If you know me, you know I have been on this site for a couple of years. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly this site has to offer. Even though I have mostly been concentrated to one particular fandom, I have read almost every trope that circulates around this site. But I am not going to talk about those "bad boy" books or how you shouldn't start your story with an alarm clock ringing. I am sure plenty of people have already gone over this. I am going to talk about the finer things that can help you create a better experience for your readers; why? Because I am a reader.

I write sometimes too but I don't think of myself as a writer. I am neither well versed in writing techniques nor am I disciplined enough to call myself a writer. I have the utmost respect for them and to me, calling myself a writer would be to disrespect all the hard work, dedication and discipline that goes into being a writer because I practice none of it.

But as a reader, I have noticed certain things that are done over and over again that creator of the story often doesn't realize, could be confusing or annoying to the reader or just overall damaging to the reading experience. So here I am, offering the perspective of a reader. I hope this will help you guys.
