Stars Perspective
Star was SO BOARD! Why couldn't her parents have sent to another dimension? ANY OTHER DIMENSION, if only she could have escaped from math class. The only thing that made staying on earth ok was Marco Diaz.

Star shared every single class with him and was his house-mate (?) since she came from Mewni. He had the cutest hair ever, and the little mole on his check made him look so adorable!

What Star would give to have one day of him and her together with no interruptions. Well, maybe that was a little too far fetched.
If Star wasn't doing magic, there was no Marco.
Maybe she could wish for him to have a conversation with him. Yeah! That's a good wish, right? Besides, Marco was into Jackie. She didn't stand a chance.

Marcos Perspective
OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG! Star Butterfly, the foreign exchange student from Mewni and his house-mate (I don't know), what looking at him!

Wait, no. She was looking at the door behind him. Her best friend Janna had gotten back from the bathroom.

He watched as Janna waved a small peace sign at Star and turned his head to watch her throw her arms in the air and wave them back at her.

He sighed and put his head in his hand. He loved watching her go through her day. She always made him laugh even though she wasn't even aware of it.

He'd been gazing at Star for a while now and hadn't even head the bell ring. His friend Ferguson had to shake him to get him out of his trance.

"Today's the day Ferguson." Marco announced to him as they walked down the hall together.

"Um, the day for what exactly?" Ferguson asked confused.

"You know what, it's ok. If I get her to go out with me, you'll hear about it from the weird gossip group your in." Marco said as he sprinted away from his friend towards his and Stars lockers.

"Hey! It's not weird!" He could just barely hear his friend over the wave of the hallway chatter.

He quickly put his stuff in his locker and headed toward where Star was blasting her own locker closed with her wand.

Stars Perspective
BANG!
Star quickly spun around and was face to face with Marco Diaz. She could feel herself blushing and he hadn't even said anything to her.

She looked slightly up to her left and saw Marcos hand even with her head planted onto her locker. It blocked her escape from him that way., and just as she was about to slip away to her right, Janna opened her locker, blocking every exit Star had from Marcos cool stare.

"Star, will you go out with me?" Marco asked in a deep voice.

"I-i uh, wh-nrg, I ment to say, um..." Star feel the heat all over her face as Marco smiled.

Marcos Perspective
STUPID! How did you ever think she would say yes?! She way out of your league! She's just trying not to hurt your feelings by not answering!
"Ha, don't worry. I'm just practicing for Jackie." Marco gave a small chuckle, but it still sounded sad.

"No he isn't." Janna was peeking around her open locker and giving Marco the smuggest grin he'd ever seen her wear.

"What?! Y-yes I am!" Marco stuttered, turning just as red as Star.

"No, you aren't!" Janna sang as she closed her locker and walked away.

"Pfft!" Marco looked. Ack at Star. She was giggling, her laugh only made him blush harder.

"Bwahaha!" She finally burst out and put both of her hands on Marcos shoulders. It was contagious, he started laughing to.

They where both doubling over with laughter when Star suddenly stopped and looked at Marco.

"I'd love to go out with you." She stated simply like it was no big deal. Then she walked away.

Just as Star turned the corner though, Marco saw her grinning like mad with the hearts on her checks glowing like fire.

That was a sucky ending, I know, but that's how I roll.
