I stood up slightly shaking from the anxiety and went up to the front of the class. I took a deep breath and started to play the chorus from my favorite artist at the moment.
Sober by bazzi

"I don't smoke cigarettes
But I know you like to
So I face an entire pack
Just to be there with you
And I never fall for girls
But you got me tripping
Running your hand through my curls
All my worries missin'
Don't know if it's the Hennessy
That's got you in your honesty
Oh, I just hope you still mean what you say
When the sun comes up
Oh, I hope it's not the alcohol
That makes me think I want it all
Oh, I just hope I still mean what I say
When the night is up
Will I want you when I'm sober?
Sober, sober
Will I want you when it's over?
Over, over
Will you want me when you're sober?
Sober, sober
Will you want me when it's over?
Over, over"

During the performance I was closing my eyes and I was still afraid to open them. The silence was deafening and I was beginning to be more scared.

I slowly peeled one eye open and saw everyone staring at me. I nervously looked down afraid of their reaction.

They began clapping and Miss Adams came up to me and smiled proudly. "Well done sweetie!"

I smiled and nodded my head in appreciation.

Luke was staring intently at me. His eyes gave his emotions away. He was looking at me with awe and adoration.

I swear these 'golden boys' stare so much.

I ignored it and went back to my seat next to James. "That was good." He said with a monotone voice.

"Thanks." I responded gleefully. Thank god I didn't embarrass myself in front of everyone.

A few students went by and when it was James his turn all he said is "I refuse.".

He said it with a stern voice and I guess the teacher listened to him. Blake didn't go as well and Katie has a great voice. She sang a song from Sam Smith and performed it beautifully. The last student was going to perform and that was Noah.

He stood in front of the class and grinned. 'Oh god no.' I thought to myself.

He opened his mouth and began belting out the lyrics to Justin Bieber's song 'boyfriend'.

As he was practically yelling he was looking at the girls in our class and winked at a few of them.

Even though he was singing like a dying animal the girls were still swooning over him. Isn't anyone noticing that his voice is really bad.

I guess good looks get you far.

After a total of 2 horrifying minutes he was done. He bowed and went back to his seat. I rolled my eyes and laughed quietly. He really doesn't care what people think about him.

Katie came home with me, because we were going to get ready at my place. She had already chosen the dresses and I hadn't seen them yet. I just hope they're good.

"Do you have the dresses?" I asked eagerly.

"Yep and you are going to love them!" She exclaimed happily. She pulled out a dark red dress that was awfully long and a light red that looked just straight up ugly.
