i'm not sure what the exact definition of this is (like medically or non medically) but here are my basic thoughts. if a young boy feels more comfortable in feminine clothing/hair, go ahead! if a young girl feels more comfortable in masculine clothing/hair, go ahead!!
obviously i dont think any type of surgery should be done at a young age cause that should be done at least at 18 (idk if thats the minimum anyway) but a parent cant tell what's in their child's mind, so just see how they feel at that age. maybe they'll just start dressing the opposite way again and it was just a phase. but maybe that's actually how they've always felt so they won't turn back.
there's nothing wrong with children feeling as if they weren't born the gender they were assigned, but surgery can wait until theyre old enough.
