Chapter 2

**** Hayley's P.O.V. ****

After school I went over to Noah's house. His house was like the others, typical but beautiful.

"Mom I'm home!" Noah shouted "let's go upstairs to my room so we can work"

"Okay" I said.

He lead me to his room. It was filled with pictures of baseball players.

"I'm really into baseball"

"I can tell"

"Why are you really shy at school"

"That's kind of private"

"Trust me"

"I barley even know you"

"Okay let's make a deal.... I get to know more about you and you get to know more about me"

"I think we should work on our project"

"C'mon"

"Okay it's a deal"

I didn't really want to let him in my life, but change is good.... right? Hopefully I could trust him. I wanted him.

**** Noah's P.O.V. ****

After we worked on our project I dropped her off at her house.

"I'll see you tomorrow. Okay" I told her.

"Yeah tomorrow"

"Bye"

"Bye"

Hopefully I could start a strong relationship with her. I wanted her.

**** Hayley's P.O.V. ****

My family was eating dinner when I got home.

"I'm home!"

"Where were you" my older brother Ryan, asked.

"I was working on a project with my partner, and Ryan I have to talk to you later"

"Okay"

"Come and eat" my mother said.

After dinner I went upstairs and took a shower. I picked out my pjs and put them on.

I was laying on my bed reading the same book I always did when Ryan came in.

"So what did you want to talk about"

"Yesterday I ran into somebody......"

I told him everything.

"Well if you feel special feelings towards him, I think you should give him a chance."

"Okay"

"Go to sleep"

"Goodnight"

I couldn't go to sleep, I couldn't stop thinking about Noah. He was special. I had to trust him. I had to change my life.

The next morning I got up and got ready for school. I showered and brushed my teeth like always. Then put on the typical clothes I always put on. I put my hair in a messy bun then grabbed my bag and went downstairs.

My family was eating breakfast. I wasn't really hungry so I grabbed a granola bar.

"Ryan can you give me a ride to

school?" I asked.

"Yeah let me just change"

"Okay"

He went upstairs and then came back a few minutes later.

"Okay let's go"

We got into the car and put on some music.

"So what are you going to do?"

"What do you mean?"

"With Noah"

"I decided that I would give him a chance"

"That's a good idea"

A few minutes later we got to school and said goodbye. Then he left.

I went over to my locker to get my English books. But Noah was standing I front if it.

"So are you going to tell me what happened?"

"Let's talk at your house"

"Okay"

A girl came up to me and asked me...

"Hi do you know where Mrs.Brooks' class is?"

"Yeah I'm headed there right now, what's your name?"

"Anna"

"My name is Hayley"

"I'll find you after school so we can go over to my house" Noah interrupted.

"Yeah I'll meet you at the parking lot" I replied.

Anna and I walked away heading to Mrs.Brooks' class.

"Is he your boyfriend?" She asked.

"What! No we are just friends"

"Okay then I guess it's safe to say that he's cute"

"Yeah he is but we're just friends"

I wanted him. I needed him. I didn't want to be friends. I wanted to be more than friends.
