Here among the fallen
Lies blood spilled from those among the fight

Perished at war

Mercy wasn't an option in this game full of scars
Buried under rock and stone
Lied all I've ever known
Your eyes were lifeless
It was a crises

Love is hard
I never win
I try to forget
But I fight amongst all the sin

I wish you knew
I wish I wasn't afraid to yell your name

But amongst the valley of broken souls
We both took a great toll

I was never good at love

Dripping down the black sky
Red filled my every sight
The stars turned towards us day and night
They'll never aline the same again
Oh that sky always tinted red

There we were amongst the war
Warm liquid filling my lungs as I held you close

Among the dead in the valley of

Dread

Here we lie dead together and never again
I found you here buried, and broken
I cherished you since that day

But I was never good at love

You left me here
Where I found you underneath the dead canopy of stars
Our love was forgotten perished in the war

And now I wonder what I even fought for
