Anika:- Yes i am the one who rejected your deal

Shivaay:- Par kyu

Anika;- Because aap logo ki company ka profit level jyada nahi ha more over aaplogo ki company ma invest karke mera jyada profit nahi hoga . So whats the need to sigh the deal

Shivaay:- Anika ye deal mere liye bohot important ha Oberoi empire ka pura future iss deal pe depend ha 

Anika:- I very well know mr oberoi ki ye deal aaplogo ke liye kitni important ha

Shivaay:- Phir tum ye deal kyu nahi accept kar rahi ho tumne oberoi empire ka presentation ek baar bhi nahi dekha aur sidha reject kar diya. How could you ? How could you be so ruthless ??? You can't judge a book with it's cover

Anika;- Bravo Mr oberoi (and she claps her hand and stands up from her seat ) , ye baat aap kahe rahe ha . Never judge a book with its cover , but aapne tho hamesha muje judge kiya , mere character pe tak ungli uthai tab aapko ye khayal nahi aaya . And about me being ruthless yes i am ruthless as well as heartless i never use my heart i always use my brain . The anika which you saw was just 10% of me but you don't know the real ANIKA SINGH RAJPUT .Who can get what she wants just in minutes . So lets leave about the past we are here for business reasons so lets start with presentation 

Shivaay , Tej and Shakti are shocked to see this bold and shrewd side of there bubbly , chubby anika

Tej comes first out of trance

Tej;- Shivaay explain our presentation

Shivaay:- Ha bade papa

(Shivaay is explaining their presentation while anika is examining it with stern face )

Anika:- Impressive Mr oberoi but not that much still " X " factor is missing

Shivaay:- Matlab

Anika:- Matlab ki presentation tho accha ha points bhi clear ha but

Shivaay:- But

Anika;- But  oberoi empire ki profit margin bohot low ha . Deal hamari 10,000 ( ten thousand ) crore ki hui hai jisme aapki company ko 60% profit milega aur meri company ko sirf 40% to which i am not satisfied . So the deal is cancel.

Shivaay:-(shouts)  What the hell ? How the deal is cancel ?

Anika:- Mr oberoi ye mera office ha so aavaj niche .  Aur rahi baat deal ki tho aapke project ma meri company 10,000 crore invest   karne wali ha . You understand 10,000 crore usme se muje sirf 40% profit milega aur aap logo ko 60% to which , I don't agree so i am cancelling the deal

Shivaay:- You can't do this anika vo project mera dream ha 

Anika:- I can do much more mr oberoi , that too beyond your expectation 

Shivaay:- Is there any other way ( he ask her with hope in the eyes to get a positive reply )

Anika:- Yes there is a way (she says with the smirk )

Tej:- What is it ?

Anika:- I will sign this deal but on my Terms and Condition as per my aggrement

Shakti:- And what if we not ?

Anika:- As your wish , if you don't accept it then i  will go to chabra industries as they are ready to sign on my terms and condition and as per my information chabra are your rival so option is your . Take it or leave it .  I am ready to invest in their project .

Tej:- What are the new terms ?

Shivaay:- Nahi bade papa

Tej:- Hamare pass koi option nahi ha shivaay or we will be in loss . Miss Anika Singh Rajput we are ready to sign on your terms.

(Tej says helplessly while anika gives a evil smile )

Anika:- Karan (her PA) agreement ke papers aur copies lao

Karan:- Mam copies 

Anika:- Handover each copy to them

Karan:- Yes mam

Anika:- So as per the new agreement the amount will be same but the profit distribution will be different as per old agreement you were getting 60% of profit and i was getting 40% of it but as per the new agreement i will be getting 70% of the profit and you will be getting 30% profit of it. 

Anika:- As your wish i will not be getting any loss but you will be the one who will face the loss. As per my information my company is the major investor in your project which is 80% am i right

Shivaay:- Right

Anika:- So what if i not invest in your company and invest in chabra industry  as they are also the leading company and by this deal they can takeover your company also. So the deal is still on . Take it or leave it . And i will like to tell by the end of the day the deal will be signed

Shivaay:- (Angrily) No one dares to threat shivaay singh oberoi

Anika:- What a performance Mr oberoi but for your information if i threat you , you will be not standing hear in front of me

Tej:- We are ready to sign this deal (helplessly)

Shivaay:- Nahi bade papa aap ye dabav ma aakar kar rahe ha 

Tej :- Shivaay hamare pass koi option nahi hai aur ham ye deal chabra ke pass nahi jane de sakte . Aur rajput are the major investor in this project aur agar innhone invest karne se mana kiya tho baki sare companies bhi back off kar lege   which i don't want aur hame investor bhi nahi milege

Will shivaay accept this deal ? Or will he reject it just like anika did since last one year ?
