Chapter 2

Matts pov :

I noticed this girl couldn't keep her eyes off me. It was kinda flattering. Like finally a cute person is staring at me. I wonder if i should talk to her. Yeah. Wait no. She'll think your weird. But im already weird. Whats the worst thing that could happen? "Hey Carter do you think that girl is cute?" I ask Carter for his opinion for everything so asking him was necessary. "Witch girl? The short one with long hair or her friend?" "The short one." "Yeah shes pretty cute. Why?" "Shes been starting at me sense we got here and i don't know she kinda caught my eye." "Go talk to her man." "I should huh?" "Duhh" Carter says as he rolls his eyes. "Wait, Carter what am i gonna say?" "Umm say you like her face or something. Isn't that how people flirt now a days?" "Thats the dumbest fucking thing ever."

"Hey im gonna go try this on really quick." I say to Emilia as i head to the dressing rooms. "Allllllrightythenvictor." Emilia says. "I wanna see what it looks like so you better come out when your done!" "Ughh fine" i groan as i walk away. On my way to the dressing rooms i had noticed that Matt was in there trying on a few shirts. Oh my gosh Jocelyn pull yourself together and just be calm. I walk into the dressing rooms and change into this really cute tank top. I open the door a little to see if Emilia was out there but she wasn't. Great. So i texted her to come to the dressing rooms. I walked out to get a full view. "That looks really good on you." Said a voice. Come to realize it was that cute guy i couldn't take my eyes off of. "T-Thanks." I blushed. "Im Matt." Matt uttered. "Im Jocelyn." I said with a smile. Emilia comes in the dressing rooms. "Zayyyum bae! Lemme holla at chu!" Emilia says with a smirk. "Oh i meant Jocelyn not you... Hi im Emilia, Jocelyn's bestfriend. Well one of her bestfriends." Emilia said to Matt. "Im Matt." He said. "So shawty are you gonna get that shirt? Im hella bored and looking at all these cute clothes and not being able to get them is kind depressing." Emilia said. "Mmm i don't know." I said looking at myself in the mirror. "I think it looks great." Matt said while blushing. I couldn't help but smile. "Awwwww" Emilia said awkwardly. "Sorry, ill just...go..now...bye." Emilia said while leaving. "Excuse my friend. Shes kinda crazy...and weird....and awkward but you gotta love her!" "Yeah she seems interesting." Matt giggled. "So Jocelyn, are you busy tomorrow?" Matt said while rubbing the back of his head. "Mmm i dont think so why?" "Because i was wondering if you wanted to hang out maybe?" Matt asked me nervously. "Id love too." I said with a huge grin. We exchanged numbers and i changed into my original clothes. As i left the dressing rooms i had felt Matt stare at me as i walked away. Witch i didn't mind to much because he was cute. And he had possibly thought i was cute. If it was any other person i probably would have cussed them out.

Yes! I got her number and i get to hang out with her tomorrow! Best day ever! I watched her walk out the dressing rooms. Her long brown hair was just so beautiful. Well not as beautiful as her but beautiful enough. I told Carter that i got her number and asked him to come hang out with me and her tomorrow. I mean i feel rude by bringing Carter but i needed someone other than someone i just met to tag along. Hopefully she will bring her other friend and will keep Carter company. After the mall i got to the hotel and saw that i got a message from some odd 805 number it said "Hey its Jocelyn (: " an instant smile was on my face. "Hey :) " i texted back. I couldn't wait till tomorrow.

After i left the dressing room i bought the shirt and was gonna wear it tomorrow when i hang out with Matt. I told Emilia everything and she was excited. "Do you want me to go with you tomorrow?" Emilia asked. "Pleaseee?! I cant be alone with some guy i just met. What if he kills me?!" "Yeah cause thats gonna happen" Emilia said while rolling her eyes. "Hey you never know! And besides he's most likely gonna bring his friend. So you can keep him company wink wink" I said while nudging her shoulder. "Oh please he would never go for someone like me." Emilia said. "How do you know? You dont even know his name" i said while laughing. "Whatever." Emilia said while laughing. After we left Hollister i met my mom at Ragdolls and told her about Matt. And surprisingly she was happy for me. I texted Matt as i got into the car. And when he replied my face lit up like the a light bulb. "Texting that boy?" my mom said with a smirk. "Maybe.." I said while looking away.
