"Shooting squad. Take your aim!" One of the villains yells as he aims his fingers at us.

"Didn't our intel say it was just gonna be Thirteen and All Might out here?" A female villain asks the first. "Who're they?"

"Don't recognize 'em." A larger villain answers. "But if they think they can take us down easy, they're dead." Shota and I are now running towards the crowd of villains. We're going to have to work separately most of the time we're fighting these guys. I'll have to be careful not to go too crazy with my quirk. If Shota is too focused on me the villains will take advantage for sure.

"Let's gun 'em down." The three in front of us say. As they go to use their quirks the one with his fingers pointed at us is unable to use his. Shota's already on it. My smile turns to a smirk as I push off the ground with one foot and flip over the three of them as they look to each other in confusion. As I land I hear the three of them being pulled together by Shota's scarf. As many of the nearby villains are frozen in shock I charge a small group of them only to stop a few feet away. I let out a controlled shriek towards them. They cover their ears, but it's no use. I see dribbles of blood come through their fingers.

"Idiots!" One of the other villains shouts. "They're Eraser Head and Screech! They're pros! He can cancel your quirks just by looking at you and she can burst your eardrums with her scream." After that I ignore anything the villains say. The small group of villains whom I screeched at before are still holding their ears, but now it's in pain. I sense a large villain coming up behind me, so I duck down between his legs and stand up behind him. On the way I had also tripped him. The fall creates a loud 'boom' and more villains turn towards me.

"Come at me!" I shout. They all cover their ears to try and protect themselves. Even if I was using my quirk, didn't they see that it was impossible to escape? I jump into action again and charge a male villain. I kick him hard in the chest as I reach my hand out and scratch a female villain's shoulder. She screams in pain as she holds it tenderly. "I just sharpened my talons this morning. Perhaps I subconsciously knew I'd be fighting today." I whistle towards the female villain and blood drips out of her ear.

Toshinori POV

"The number you have dialed is not in service, or has been temporarily disconnected. Please check the number and then try again. Thank you." The automated message says. I sigh as I think about the calls I've made.

"Can't get through to Thirteen, Aizawa, or Tonton." I say out loud as I sit in the teacher's lounge by myself. "Then again, they are teaching. Unlike me. I'm neglecting my duties because I spent the entire morning commute being heroic. An amateur move. What was I thinking? Tonton's probably pissed at me." Maybe that's why she and Aizawa aren't picking up, but that doesn't explain Thirteen. "Maybe I should just show up and say something inspiring at the end. Yeah, get a good ten minutes out of my hero form." I sit up and concentrate on One for All as I bulk up to be All Might. "Time to join my stud-" I begin to say as I stand from the couch only to be interrupted by my injury acting up. I cough up some blood as the door opened.

"Hold your horses." I look to see Principal Nezu in the doorway.

"Hello, Nezu, sir!" I greet him.

"That's me! The one who could be a mouse, or a dog, or a bear, though the only important thing is..." He says. "I'm the principal!" I crouch down as much as I can and coot closer to him.

"Your fur looks especially well groomed and glossy today, sir." I compliment him.

"The secret is keratin." He replies. "I'm not sure that humans can get this kind of lustrous shine. But we can talk about grooming later." He reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone. "Look at the news!" He says showing me the feed on his phone screen. "Shall I read it to you? It says you resolved three incidents in just one hour!" I tense at his words. He sighs before speaking again. "The fault mainly belongs to the ruffians who still cause trouble in this city despite you being here. But you also have to learn not to react every time you hear of an incident. Screech was right. You haven't changed in all these years. You've always been proactive. Only now, your heroism must be limited due to your injury." He begins to walk farther into the room now. "Plus, you've also got the added work of training One for All's successor. You insist on remaining the Symbol of Peace, and the only way you can justify staying out of the spotlight is by teaching. That's why I gave you this job." I begin to feel my All Might form tiring me out. "Oh, dear, you're smoking, that can't be good." He comments. I transform back into my weaker form. "It looks like you need to stay here in the lounge and relax a little while longer." I turn to see Nezu climbing up onto the couch. "The other teachers will understand. They're more than capable. But now that you are a teacher here, All Might, I really do wish you'd prioritize your students over your hero work. They deserve it. After all, there are plenty of other hero agencies working throughout the city."
