I "Missed " You

Needle and Thread

Jungkook POV

I woke up earlier than usual and I used that opportunity to my advantage.

I did my early morning routine while keeping silent as my parents are still sleeping. So that includes turning the shower a little so little noise can be made, tip toeing pass the doors and eating silently. It was like I was a member of the cast of 'A Quiet Place'.

I walk out the door and head off to school. Thinking that my parents will be shocked since it is already their habit of waking me up.

I noticed that the guard is not present in their patrol areas so maybe it was very early.

I pass under the arc and I try to reminisce the practice we had yesterday. It was a more unusual and fun practice rather than the usual practice I used to attend years ago.

I walk up the stairs carefully to not disturb other persons present in the area.

I walk into our classroom and found out that she was much earlier than me.

"Noona"

I try to disturb her from surfing through her news feed and tuning music from her phone.

She looks up and waves at me smiling.

"Yah namdongsaeng. How's your studies?"

"It has been great"

"Is it because of the new girl in town?"
She raised her eyebrow.

I hesitated either to defend or just give up as it is real. It's because of Min Hyerin, the new girl in town.

I sit down on my seat and gazed off by the window, spectating events from above.

She went up to my shoulder and placed her chin on it.

"Yah you know what happened last time. Yo-"

"I get cheated, I know. You always bring that up every time now. I'm sick of it." I cut her off.

She sighs and leans on the whiteboard, still scrolling.

"Mianhe namdongsaeng. I know you are sick of it and don't ask why I still make you remember it even though I already know that you are sick of it."

I massage my temples and let my palms meet the desk, making her flinch.

I get out of the classroom and was only met by a bump from someone. I looked down and I pulled her up.

"I'm sorry for blocking your wa-"

"No I'm sorry for bumping into you."
She cut me off.

I looked at her closely and the next thing I knew made me laugh.

"Yah Hyerin it's just you!" I exclaimed.

She suddenly realizes too.

"Yah Jungkook-ah!"

Noona suddenly noticed us and went near.

"Oh are you the new girl in town as they would say?" She asks.

"Umm... yes?" She shakes her hands with hers and bowed.

"Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Han Seunggi. You can call me Ivy." She posed which made me cringed.

She noticed me cringing and slapped my arm.

"Yah dongsaeng how could you?! You're rude." (You're road)

We laughed for a bit.

"Wait why do you call him dongsaeng?" She asks out of curiosity.

"Well, he is younger than me and I treat him like a little brother. Although, he acts like it."
