Could this day get any better?

" i live near the southern cross, know where that is?" Mac asked me "you bet your ass i know where it is, come on lets go". Mac breaths a sigh of relief "thank god for that, do i have to pay you in anyway? I mean i did break into your apartment, and then ask you to help me, shouldn't i repay you or something?" I start to think hard, repay? No one has every had to repay me. "Just don't die k?" I say sarcastically. "Sure i can do that i guess". We start to climb down the ladder, we land with a big thud. "Alright so which way now Mac?" She points to a massive building down south "right near the big ass building" I laugh lets go then. We walk further down the ally way "uhhhhh aren't we supposed to go out of the ally way?" I smirk and look back at Mac, "we will don't worry" I pull away a massive white sheet to reveal a grey Ute. "Oh my goodness, is that our ride?" I hop in a turn the keys, "what do you think, you gonna get in or not?".

2 hours later
Macs point of view
"How much longer until we reach your house?" Ally asks me. We have been driving for 2 hours now im starting to get really tired. "It's up ahead a few more miles" i saw as i yawn, "do you mind if i take a quick nap?" Ally sighs "nah its fine" i slowly start to dose off".

Suddenly i hear the screech of the tires, i wake up to see the car come to a halt as a guy runs into the front of the car, he runs to the passenger door and gets inside. "DRIVE DRIVE" he yells. Ally looks at him confused "who the hell.." "NOW NOW GO" Ally doesn't question him and slams her foot on the accelerator. The Ute starts to speed off. The guy sighs with relief. He's covered in blood and looks really dodgy. I start to get really nervous, he looks like a murderer. He starts to speak "man thank go you two were passing by otherwise i would've been mulch". Ally looks gobsmacked, she looks like she has seen a ghost. "So are you gonna explain why the fuck you ran in front of the car and decided to just hop in and take a ride". Everything went silent. "Look you saved my ass back there, if you hadn't of driven past i would've been dead man" the guy starts to look outside the window. I couldn't see what he really looked like since it was dark outside, but he looked very strong. "I'm Mac" i said my voice sounded very shaken. "Hey im Justin" he said. The car came to a stop "this the place Mac?" Ally said. I looked out the drivers window and agreed. "Oh shit get down" Justin exclaimed. We all ducked "Fucking walkers could this day get any better?".
