You all probably know Satan aka the enemy of God, and the ruler of demons. Well, little did you know, he has a son, and well, unfortunately that's me. If you are wondering how look like, I am a 16 year old teenager, who happens to be the son of a demon and looks nothing like his dad. I have jet black hair, as cruel as the black night, with one natural red streak, big brown eyes, long lashes, and a perfect jawline, dimples and I am commonly famous for my perfect smile. Apart from my looks overall, I have a pretty good sense of humor. Oh, I almost forgot, my name is Jason Maximus Gray. Please just sit back and relax while I tell you the story of my life. 

I was living a normal life with my mum who is normal (Thank God).  I was told that my dad disappeared the night I was born. My mom never talked much about my dad, and whenever I asked her why dad disappeared she wasn't herself. She started mumbling about some sort of deed, and I made up my mind not to ask her that question again. 

I went to a high school like any normal kid and I was bad at maths like any normal kid. I had a best friend named Aelin, who I knew since preschool. I shared everything with her, She was this girl, with coal black hair, brown eyes, long lashes, and she wore a wide smile, the best I have ever seen. To be honest I had feelings for her, but she was in a relationship with a boy named Joseph.  

So we were friends, and plus I trusted her the most, even more than my mum. Whenever I needed help, I knew she would lend me hand, so my first step would always be to text her, and she would immediately make me feel better. 

Getting back to the incident, I went to school and met Aelin, "Hey Jason. Did you see the new girl Scarlett?" she said. Just then a girl approached us, she had ocean blue eyes, blonde hair, and long big lashes, and to be honest she was very cute.  Aelin and I were standing in front of my locker, and she came up to us and questioned, "Hey do you know where the principal's office is?" 

"It is right over-", I started. 

Aelin interrupted me saying, "Take the turn left, across this hall." 

"Thanks but I did not ask you." Scarlett said, her tone louder then it was before. 

"We should hook up sometime. You're really cute." She whispered in my ear, her breathe fanning my cheek, as she elbowed me. 

"What was that ?" Aelin said, her voice hinted jealousy, the first time I heard that from her. I just smirked at her remark, and said, "That was quick, you know she is kinda cute. Don't you think so too?" 

She raised an eyebrow, looking at me in disbelief, and said, "You're not going to-"

"Oh no, absolutely not. I mean I guess maybe." I said still a playful smirk plastered on my face. 

"Ugh!" She pushed me, and bombarded in class. I followed her inside, Aelin was my partner, but Scarlett saved me a seat, and who would deny a cute girl? Definitely, not me. I slid into the seat beside her, and Aelin saw my actions, watching intensely. She look in rage, and sat down with that idiotic Joseph. 

The moment she was satisfied that I had my eyes on her, she leaned in Joseph for a kiss, but I wasn't going to stare at them, so I cupped Scarletts face, and kissed her. The science class, was full of jealousy. But this girl Scarlett seemed, really into me, and I liked it. After the bell rang I went after Aelin, but she was too busy with Joseph, hatred pouring out of me, as it immediately filled my whole body, I went from there. I saw Scarlett standing near her locker, and ignoring the fact that I had just met her, I said, "Hey Scar, wanna come over tonight?" She smiled and stuffed a note in my pocket, and walked away. 

"I'll take that as a 'yes'!" I exclaimed. And then I unfolded the note to find a 'yes' inside all in caps. I got curious, how did she know I was gonna ask her. I thought about that but my thought was interrupted by Joseph and Aelin. "Bye baby!", Joseph said, and then he leaned in for a kiss. 

I looked away, and Aelin said, "Jealous much? Don't worry he left." I looked at Aelin and a glance at her made me feel better, "Uh Aelin. About what happened in science class today. I'm sorry." I said. She replied, "I guess we both got carried away. Huh?" 

"Yeah, I guess we did."

We both paused for a minute, looking into each others eyes, as a smile was plastered to our faces. 

Aelin quickly looked away, "Uh, so what is up with this new girl. I have a bad feeling about her." 

"Aelin can we talk?"

"Yeah I am all yours." but I had an uncomfortable feeling. Like I was being watched, and then I saw her, I saw Scarlett behind Aelin for a second and then she disappeared. I was staring where she had stood just a second ago, when Aelin interrupted, "Jason, you okay?" 

"Uh yeah, I am good. Hey Aelin I would catch up with you later, right now I have some work." I made an excuse before running home, when I arrived home, I called out for my mom. I needed to talk to her, but just then I heard someone saying, "Thanks for inviting me in, thanks for inviting death in." 

I saw blood dripping from the roof. "You know you want it Jason. Deep down we are just animals..." Some strange power filled up my body, my eyes  turned intenser, my body felt stronger, and my thirst... deadlier
