Saturday finally come in the way. This week have been pretty stressful and I'm beyond grateful that mom and Ethan make it lighter.

I slip on my shoes before walking out the door for my run. Usually I will go out on a run at seven and came back at eight, right on time mom wake up so I can eat breakfast right away. But this time I decided to go out a little early to watch the sunrise.

After five minutes, I finally arrive at my favorite spot to watch the sunrise. Since this spot is kinda hided, nobody really came here making it quiet and give me some space to relax.

I text Alicia to hang out in a few hour since we didn't really got the chance to hang out when I'm busy with Ethan while she's busy with her schedule.

Alicia is an independent woman that always keep everything scheduled and planned before she do something, giving her the chance to participate in multiply activity without any gushing. Totally the opposite of me.

The sun finally rise from his spot making the cloud turn to purple-ish color, leaving me in awe. I take a few picture before slipping the phone back in my pocket and back to admiring the beauty.

I let out a sigh and lay down on soft spot with my hands behind my head.

When will Jack come back home? Mom always say he'll be back but the lies become obvious as I grow up. Living with my parent is the best thing ever happened to me but having Jack with us will make it better. I remember when I was young I will always get jealous when I see anyone with their brother, either playing or just causally spend time together.

I take away the thoughts and back to the sky. It's already turn bright as the sun have rises fully. I check the time and it's only been thirty minutes since I got here.

I get up and pat the dust off my body and continue to run to the park just to let time slip by for one more hour.

"Mom I'm going out with Alicia. I'll be back before dinner!" My voice echo through the house as I walking out, giving her no chance to response.

As I hop in my car, I took a glance at Ethan's house and I could see him playing with his car toys on the grass while his mouth pouting probably making some sound effects. I shake my head and drift off to Alicia's house.

"What's up bítch!" I yell out as Alicia walking down her pavement with a wide smile on her face. She look extremely gorgeous in a tank top layered with a cardigan down to her knee.

We drive to a mall that's only five minutes away from us while jamming to drake.  

As soon as we arrived, Alicia pull me out and drag us to Victoria Secret store before pulling me back out to another store.

"Alicia calm down what's with the rush?" I pull back my hand from her grip and stop walking.

She look back at me with a poker face and both of her hand on her hips. "Cause we have to spend our time well. My plan is, we go to each store, buy anything then go to eat before we head back home"

"Alicia we just arrived here calm the f down. You don't need plans in everything you do. Just calm down jeez" Remember when I tell you she's a really organized person, well.

It's my turn to drag her but gently than before. "We need to relax then we'll enjoy this" I pull her into h&m and pick out some cloth for her while she do the same to me. It's kinda our thing.

After hours of trying clothes and dragging each other into various store, we finally wind down and stop to eat since our tummy won't stop growling.

We decided to eat at a food court, I sit at the table while Alicia went to order our food.

I take out my phone and check my notification to see 4 message from Grayson.

Grayson :

hey Beverly I needed some help in math. Can I come over to your house?

Beverly :

I'm at the mall with Alicia right now but you can come over in an hour.

Just as I hit send, Alicia came and put down a tray full with our foods. "Hey Grayson's gonna come over to my house in an hour to do some math. You wanna join?"

"Yeah sure"

We eat in silence and move on to my house. The ride is full of our laugh to Alicia's stupid jokes.

I sit on the couch and wait for them while playing with the hem of my shirt.

"Oh Alicia I need to tell you something"

She look up to me from her phone and put it down before giving me her full attention.

"So you know how Grayson's twins always with me and doesn't really talk much. Well he actually have a disorder. Dependent personality disorder. Since Ms Taylor trusted me, she put Ethan in every class with me and I'll have him as my assignment partner forever. Sorry for not telling you earlier"

She didn't say anything for a second before forming a smile "First, it's okay you don't have to say sorry. Second, what is dependent personality disorder?"

I chuckle before explaining to her about the disorder and right on time I finish, a knock heard from the door.

I greeted by Ethan's face right in front of mine right away, making me jump back before he laugh hysterically.

"Gotcha!" He said before get back to laughing.

"That's enough Ethan say sorry" Grayson scolded him and give him a sharp glare just to scare him even more.

Ethan said sorry before I invite them in which should be done few minutes ago. "Oh yeah Alicia is here. Ethan, you remember her?"

"Yeah she's the one that make Grayson late to cafeteria that day" Ethan pout his mouth and look away.

"I'm really sorry about him Alicia. I don't know what's wrong with his mood today" Grayson gently talk to Alicia and shoot Ethan another glare.

I break through the awkward atmosphere by changing the topic. "Oh Grayson, can I see the math question?" He turn his head to me and hand me his book.

My eyes scan through the book, scrunching my nose and hand Alicia Grayson's book. "It's really hard for me. Maybe you know the answer?" Grayson scoot closer to Alicia and discuss the problem, leaving me smirking.

As they both working on the math question, I turn my attention to Ethan who's been quiet after the incident. "You okay?" He shake his head and look away while mumbling something. 

I excuse myself and bring Ethan to the kitchen with me. "Tell me what's wrong?" I waited patiently for his answer but he didn't say anything. "Ethan" Again, nothing but silence. "If you don't want to talk to me right now, you know where to find me next time"

"Ethan, let's go" Grayson's voice echo, making Ethan run to him immediately and leaving me alone in the kitchen. "Thank you Beverly. Thank you Alicia. Goodbye" They walk out the door and shut it. 

Ethan?
